This quiet rural campsite, about 20min drive from Autun, offers beautiful valley views, sunsets, open countryside walks and a cooling pool. Facilities are clean and functional, with a bar whose prices were described as reasonable, although campsite rates are above average. The site is slightly sloping, with some level pitches and chocks available; the access road is narrow.

We had such a good time over at Espace Vital. Most likely because of the intense heatwave and changed plans for fellow travellers, we had the campsite for us alone. Lovely views with nice sunsets and a wonderful silence across the site. Helpful and friendly hosts, a cooling pool and services as expected from these types of campings. Recommended!

A lovely quiet campsite with an amazing view. Facilities were clean, reasonable bar prices, pool was a bonus and there was plenty of space. Great for exploring Autun and the amazing archeological site at Bibtacte. The hosts were very friendly and we had a lovely evening as a group listening to a fellow camper playing his guitar and singing.

We arrived unannounced in our Ducato camper, were welcomed & guided to a pitch using the sites chocks to level the van. The views are beautiful & there are numerous walks & cycles straight from the site if you love hiking. We did a 6km circular walk through the woods & open countryside & would love to have stayed on to explore more. Hosts Paul & Leanne really friendly & helpful with local tips.
