Been here?
This is a level, finely gravelled motorhome area within the town limits, at 663 meters above sea level, with shady perimeter trees and a central but generally quiet location. The price is 5€ per day, with no electricity; water costs 1€ for 100 l or 0,50 € for 50 liters, and toilet emptying costs 1€. The Danube cycle path, pedestrian zone and shopping are nearby, and an affordable leisure pool is also close. Before 23:00, traffic and loud vehicles can be noticeable.

The place is not very beautiful, but we spent a quiet night and used the filling and emptying facilities. A visit to the nearby swimming pool is worthwhile, with warm water, a whirlpool, and a few slides; it is inexpensive and very well organized.Translating
Closed because of a fairground. No information about alternatives.Translating
Great location, directly on the Danube cycle path. The price is cheap. There is no electricity, unfortunately. Gravel mixed with clay-like sand. When wet, it becomes a real mess. Dirt everywhere. Quiet at night from 11 p.m. Before that, you can hear drag races and popping exhausts.Translating
We spent three days at the site over the May 1 weekend and can only complain about some campers! For €5 per day, the site is really good. The city center is within walking distance, and it is a good starting point for bike tours. Thanks to the city for providing something like this so cheaply!Translating
Great site!! Level, hardly busy despite Easter, very quiet, with a lovely path along the river. Absolutely recommended!!Translating
We were here on a Friday at noon, and the site was completely occupied by cars because of the town market. But even otherwise, we would not come here again.Translating
I was here on February 4, 2026. The site is an ordeal: mud, no infrastructure, and then you have to pay €5? Forget it; I drove on.Translating
Very nice motorhome site. Everything is available except electricity, and it is easy to use. Good and plentiful shopping opportunities. Many cycling routes start from here. We took a route to the Danube Sinkhole, then Höwenegg, the crater lake, and the Aach spring, and then via Emmingen, with its beautiful mountain panorama, back to Tuttlingen. Approximately 55 km.Translating
5€ for 24h , walking distance to the town across the bridge, nice park up no problems.
Relatively noisy in the evening due to shouting from rowdy teenagers. Quiet at night, however. Google Maps could not guide us to the destination using the coordinates given here—we were told to swim across the Danube. The connection to the old town is excellent. Gasthaus Rittergarten is highly recommended (about a 15–20 minute walk). Unfortunately, there is no electricity, but overall it is fine for the price.Translating
No access to the site from July 28, 2025 to August 11, 2025; closed because of a circus.Translating
Parking in the city center for €5. Supermarket and laundromat 150 m away. Right on the promenade along the Danube. Water service available. 100 liters for €1; 50 liters for €0.50. Cassette toilet emptying, €1. Highly recommended.Translating
Site with a view of the Danube. Beautifully quiet and close to town. We felt comfortable here. With an electrical hookup, the site would be perfect. But why is a caravan parked here? This is a motorhome site!Translating
The site used to be free, as were the car spaces next to it. Gravelled! The car gets dirty every time you get in.Translating
Thanks to Tuttlingen, a very nice site for little money.Translating
Quiet parking; worth paying the €5. The free car park next door is noisier.Translating
Motorhome spaces at the end of a very large car park. Access is paved with grid stones; the spaces themselves are gravelled and muddy when it rains. When the site is full, cars also park between the motorhomes. No electricity at any space. Therefore €5 per day is too much, especially since the adjacent car spaces are free. Electrical hookup points would be desirable for that price.Translating
It is a city site directly beside a large car park. When that is full, drivers park in the vacant motorhome spaces. Gravel spaces, muddy in the rain, no electricity or sanitary facilities. Waste disposal and fresh water are available. The nearby thermal spa is highly recommended. Tuttlingen could do better.Translating
Currently no motorhomes allowed because of construction work.Translating
Excellent for a city site, very close to the center. Also great for cycling along the river. We met a city employee in the morning. The toilet disposal facility is new and still has some teething problems. We also suggested installing a chain to prevent cars from parking there. Motorhomes simply unhook it. Perhaps it will be implemented. Electricity is also supposed to be added.Translating
Stayed several times between the end of August and the beginning of September. Excellent for reaching the center of Tuttlingen. Perfect fresh-water and waste facilities. On Fridays, don't miss the market on the main street featuring local specialties.Translating
Quiet beside the canal, just a short walk from the center.
Perfect parking for a stop, right beside the Danube and surrounded by gardens. There is a rather nice path into town.
A designated section of the municipal car park for motorhomes. No toilets. The parking meter instructions are only in German, without a word of English. The entire car park is covered with white stones and white dust; after rain, it gets all over the vehicle, shoes, and everything else. A strange idea... Generally, I do not recommend it.
On May 23, 2024, the area was closed because a fair was being installed there. Google Maps also directs you along the wrong street.
I stayed here for two nights while visiting friends. Fine for sleeping, relatively level. Not very noisy. It is perfectly adequate for visiting the city; the swimming pool is about 1 km away and highly recommended. The site is open and unmonitored, but partly lit. Otherwise, it is okay.
The parking meter does not work properly and the information is confusing. We asked at the town hall. For €5.00, you may park for 24 hours. The person responsible will arrange for the tickets to be printed correctly in the future. Unfortunately, the site left something to be desired, but the surroundings along the Danube are beautifully landscaped. The well-maintained pedestrian zone is easy to reach.
Site with paid fresh-water and waste services; day ticket €5, including overnight parking €10 for two days. Free parking from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. Unfortunately, cars also use the motorhome section.
The proximity to TUWASS is great. Stay overnight, then enjoy the sauna and swimming beforehand. €5 for 24 hours is reasonable. Short distance to Tuttlingen city center. Gladly again.
At the end of the car park there is a reserved motorhome area with room for about 20 vehicles. Coin-operated water service and a parking meter are available, but no black- or gray-water disposal. The ground is level and in good condition; depending on the time of day, two sides are shaded by trees. The town center is five minutes away across the Danube. Rates are shown in the attached photo.
