A bit away from the regional road, no noise. Possible to swim in the fjord.

An absolutely wonderful place, with plenty of room for every kind of overnight stay. Very clean, with rubbish bins, toilets, fire pits, etc. Thank you from Germany for making this place available.✦Translating

Nice little spot, open area and great opportunities for walking in nature. Unfortunately there is quite some road noise. No water access, and the water didn’t really look swimmable

Beautiful, clean place with a few parking spaces and a large camping meadow. Fire pits, a path around the lake, and covered sleeping shelters. There is a toilet, but it is only for people with very strong nerves. It's great that the municipality provides this place!✦Translating

The place is beautifully situated by the fjord. There are enough rubbish bins and it was very clean. We did not try the toilet. Locals regularly come by car to walk their dogs or go fishing, but that is not disturbing. You can definitely hear the road, even though there are trees in between. Parts of the parking area were muddy.✦Translating

Superb place in nature near the fjord. We stayed for two nights, and it is easy to reach the cycle paths.✦Translating

A beautiful place to stay. We stayed one night; it was quite busy, with locals using the shelters, others coming to walk their dogs, and a local group of nature photographers taking pictures of birds. There were six campers altogether, which fit just fine. Despite the busyness, the place also felt calm and cozy. We had a lovely hygge evening. Everyone was nice to us, with locals casually smiling.✦Translating

It is too crowded and it is not the same anymore. The road is gravel with narrow lanes and blocked trees.

A really great place! There were several of us there, including campers having a barbecue. Everyone was very respectful of the others. We slept very well. We couldn't find any water on site.✦Translating

The place itself is pleasant, but too busy. They also conduct dog training there, so there is not much peace, in addition to road noise. Fine for one night, but I would not return.✦Translating

Large parking area with a beautiful view of Roskilde Fjord. The surface is firm gravel and reasonably level. There is a primitive toilet but no water. Pleasantly peaceful despite many cars on the main road. Early morning birdsong and nightingale singing.✦Translating

Very pretty place. The barbecue users left relatively early—we were there on a Sunday evening—and the site emptied of cars. Only three motorhomes remained. The area is very clean despite the number of visitors. Personally, we were disturbed by traffic noise from the road.✦Translating

Clearly a very popular place and a gathering spot where the large barbecue is used. Worried that the evening would not be particularly quiet, we decided to continue and stay a little farther away at the Frederikssund motorhome spot, which was much more peaceful.✦Translating

Large, level parking area. The road is not bothersome in terms of noise. There are facilities for making fires and large green spaces all around. Very beautiful spot.✦Translating

Nice big shelter place. Spend a relative quiet night here. Bad 4G coverage though and not that great for getting to the fjord. We might return if work online is not required.
