Flat van parking, daytime road noise

This is free, flat parking on both sides of a one-way road, with spaces marked widthwise but not lengthwise. The spaces are best suited to vans or campervans, and daytime use is preferable because of the nearby road. Very clean public toilets are in the garden of the Vesone Tower.
