Autoroute de la Côte Basque, 33610, Cestas
Been here?
Free water and tank-emptying at highway service area with picnic grounds and kids' park. Significant truck noise at night; southbound access requires 2.75m height clearance. Best for brief stops rather than overnight stays. Restaurant, shop, and petrol station on-site.

The services are free, but the employee who handles the rubbish is arrogant. We feel unwelcome, as if the service station belonged to him.Translating
Great place to spend the night, but you must be on the correct side of the motorway—namely the road from Bordeaux to Bayonne. Pay close attention; we were distracted by the height restriction and had to struggle a little to get there.

A lot of truck noise all night. It also seemed a little unsafe because it is next to the motorway. We would only stop here if we had no other option.Translating
Although the access roads are narrow, it offers services for campers. You can empty the toilet, fill and drain grey water free of charge. Everything was very clean and peaceful. Highly recommended.Translating
Slept very well; everything you need is there.Translating
Very peaceful site at a service station next to the motorway, with some rather annoying noise.Translating
Water already turned off, otherwise okay.

Perfect for a one-night stop while traveling northwest/southwest. Obviously, you can hear some traffic! But it is free, clean, and in the morning the station has bread and pastries :-) It is also possible to drain all waste water and fill up with fresh water.Translating
Thanks for this waste-disposal point not far from Bordeaux. Glad to have discovered this very practical place.Translating
Height limit is 3 meters. Clean service area, free of charge.Translating
Blue station for black water.Translating
Excellent service area for resting and spending the night. The facilities work perfectly, and I had no problems with security or noise.Translating
A lot of noise. All water services available, but be careful if you are heading toward Alsace: the height limit is only 2.50 meters. You could damage your roof.

We spent one night from here. I feel quite safe and convenient. Following the sign of p4 you will find it easily (or you could check the position of ACE hotel, they are together). For me the only problem is noise. It depends, my husband even didn't hear rubbish collecting cars came. He could feel many cargoes passed by, but he feel quite ok.Translating
It is a little complicated to enter; it seems there are two, one on each side of the motorway. At one, you have to enter by crossing some stones (visible in a photo), and to get to the other side you have to pass through a tunnel 2.75 m high.... But I understood that the stones are not a problem.Translating
Practical and quiet. Very peaceful night. Bonus: free parking and services, thank you.Translating
Very practical; access via P4.Translating
A fabulous area, and you feel very safe even though it is just a stopover. We stopped to sleep heading toward Paris, as we exited the A10 where it is on the right and turned around to reach it. We slept wonderfully.Translating
Very spacious, clean rest area with a picnic table and toilets available… P4 for motorhomes. Just a little noisy because of trucks passing right next to the parking area, but the distant motorway noise is not bothersome.Translating
We stopped only to shower and use the service facilities. The showers are in the glass building with the restaurant at the Shell station. Simply ask for the key at the checkout. It now costs €2 for a shower, and you must leave a deposit, such as an ID card. The women’s shower was relatively clean and pleasantly hot!Translating
You have to follow Parking 4 to get there. Free, very easy, and clean. Recommended!
The place itself is fine. But as the previous review says, it is not safe: just when I stopped to fill the water tank and was taking the hose out of the motorhome garage, a woman asked me, in a language that was not mine, about her handbag. It had been stolen only moments earlier. Be careful at this site.
Just a motorway parking area. Strange people staring too much, probably waiting to rob someone. Unless it is an emergency, not recommended. We continued on our way.
We spent the night here twice on our way south. It feels safe and is reasonably quiet. Prices at the café are rather high, but next door there is fairly good coffee from a vending machine and you can buy fresh baguettes. We recommend this place for long journeys!
The waste-disposal service works correctly. Quiet night, several vehicles, no problems. The only annoying thing is the constant passing of trucks. But it serves its purpose as a place to rest during the journey.
We spent the night from April 17 to 18, a very peaceful night with more campers and motorhomes. We did not use any of the services.
Very peaceful and safe place! Fresh-water, grey-water, and cassette-cleaning services, all working perfectly! It is next to a hotel and a supermarket. Trucks sometimes pass nearby because there is truck parking next door, but the noise is not disruptive. There is no electricity, which may be a problem for those who need it. But it was a great experience.
Good area for making a stop.

Very good motorhome area for spending the night, with grey- and black-water disposal and fresh-water refilling. Very peaceful night. Restaurant and petrol station next door. Very good option when traveling south or to Spain and feeling tired. Playground and picnic area with green spaces for pets included! Brilliant!!
Quiet and very convenient site. We spent the night and emptied and filled the water tanks. The road is not far away, but the area is far enough from it that the noisy traffic is not bothersome. Many large spaces.

Quiet place to spend the night before Bordeaux; constant truck noise, but it is not bothersome and you sleep well. You can fill and drain water without any problem.
Perfect place to refill water and drain grey and black water.
Sloped & not an ideal place to park but within a close proximity of the beach and a 15 min stroll into the town. Be aware that Falmouth is unwelcoming towards campers. Widespread seafront nighttime bans are in place due to previous longstayers. Vans have also been subject to vandalism on back streets where local residents struggle with little available parking themselves, such is the ill feeling
