Been here?
This gravel parking area has a pleasant view, picnic tables, and about five spaces, but the narrow approach roads suit smaller vehicles best. It is frequently used by locals and is suitable for kayaking, while cows may wander nearby. The toilets and rubbish bins are currently locked, and there is no running water. The road is generally quiet.

lovely place to stay near Bergen. some narrow roads to get there so more suited to smaller vehicles. the bathroom and trashbins were locked this time, but open the last timw i was there (no running water). great view and tables, but not ideal to go swimming. frequently used by locals. quiet road at night.
Very beautiful place, but unfortunately a very poor reception. During the hour I was there, an older man came by and behaved strangely towards me. As a solo traveller, I therefore drove on.
Beautiful place with a view. The toilets and containers are locked, so you cannot use them at the moment.
Magnificent place, fairy-tale scenery, and the road is not as busy as expected. We arrived a little late after visiting Bergen and have not yet explored the whole area, but I loved the late-evening light at 23:00, with blue stones made shiny by the rain. I recommend it, but not too much—it would be a shame if it became crowded, haha!
Pretty spot, but the toilet is currently closed "due to misuse".
If you are self-sufficient, this is the right place for you. We stayed for two nights and had great conversations with locals. There are wooden picnic sets. Nice place, also suitable for motorhomes up to 8 m.
The fourth star is because it is only 50 minutes from Bergen, but otherwise the road, while not unbearable, is still fairly busy—at least fast-moving and close by. The toilets smell extremely bad and are just a hole in a board: they do the job, but it is rough! The view of the lake from the pitches is pleasant, however. Fairly flat, with space for about ten vehicles.
Quiet and beautiful place.
If we could have, we would have put 4.5 ⭐ Beautiful sights, super quiet, the water isn't "that" cold. The toilets are great and there are big trash bins next to it. The cows roam free in the area, so be careful on the road, there may be one around the corner! Overall, I would totally recommend this place
Good level site, far from anywhere, just under an hour from Bergen, which was our next destination. Benches, a clean toilet, rubbish disposal, and fire pits are available. We were here alone with a rooftop tent; only two anglers were parked here as well. Visitors may come by, however—sheep and cows. In our case it was cows, very curious but otherwise quite docile. :D
Beautiful location, but that is all. The toilet is a dirty wooden board with a hole in it and smells terrible.
Beautiful location with swimming platform nearby. Peaceful & calm. Thoroughly recommend.
Beautiful place. Thank you.
