Parking area with fairly level ground. The price is €5. Make sure you have coins! The parking area is at the end of a beautiful park, the Kurpark. You can walk to the town through the park. There is a lovely playground and many water features in the park.✦Translating

Great place to start a hike or walk through the park into town. Unfortunately, as so often, there are tissues and other waste behind the bushes. A portable toilet does not cost the world!✦Translating

A very good parking area for hiking up to Sommerberg. Unbeatable for €5. The hiking trails start directly at the parking area, and it is about 15 minutes into town through the Kurpark.✦Translating

Overall nice park up, but it was hard to find when using Google maps - it took us somewhere else first that had construction. Slightly inclined, good hiking trail next door & only 20 mins walk to the railway up to the top (Sommerbergbahn).

Well located for visiting the town. But too far away to carry a sauna bag. I learned this from experience. The view was okay.✦Translating
