Seafront parking, overnight banned

Beautiful view and location. During the night, the noise from the port is a little too loud.

Small car parking lot by the sea in the village, suitable for vans and motorhomes under 6 meters. For larger vehicles, it is better to use the large parking lot 200 meters before it when coming from Trieste.

We used the parking lot for one night while traveling from Italy to Croatia in mid-July. We were lucky and found a space in the right-hand corner with a great view of the sea. The harbor is just a one-minute walk away and has many excellent restaurants. There was heavy car traffic in the parking lot until late at night, and at 5:30 a.m. the garbage truck woke us up. Nevertheless, we recommend it.

It may looks ok when no one is parked there but this is just an ordinary car park and no way would most outfits fit in here during the day time. The bays are for cars

It is free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.; we slept undisturbed with a splendid sea view. In front of us was an area with tables and a fountain, very close to excellent restaurants and ice-cream shops for the evening, and bars open for breakfast in the morning.

Nice parking lot for spending the night before visiting the islands. A little noisy because it is beside a fairly busy road. Space for four to five motorhomes.
