This is a remote, peaceful lakeside place suitable for resting before visiting Meteora. The lake is not for swimming, but the water can be used for washing; the first village is 5km away and the first market is 10 kilometers away. The area has autumn woodland, birds and excellent night skies. Access includes about 800 m of rough gravel road and becomes very difficult for motorhomes or muddy after rain.

Quiet, remote, beautiful autumn forest beside a small lake, with a fantastic starry sky.
Very quiet spot and cool at night. Only a shepherd and his goats gave us a welcoming wave. Magnificent before facing the bustle of Meteora. Difficult access for motorhomes.
Very calm place with a nice lake! If you are a bird-watching fan, there are great cormorants, herons, and lots of small birds. We spent a lovely night and morning!
Very pleasant, secluded spot. But beware in rainy weather! Water runs across the only level area and the soil and sand turn into a swamp. We had great difficulty getting out, so check the weather carefully before going.
A little farther along the path there is a level place with an unobstructed view of the lake. A quiet night, alone in the world.
Quiet and beautiful spot. Apart from us, there were only two fishermen and other P4N users, who then drove on.
