Access is sloped but relatively practicable, and there is a water source of unknown potability. It is suitable for an overnight stay.

Pleasant place, not directly under the bridge but a little farther away. Sloped access, relatively manageable. Water source—I don't know whether it is potable. A small river nearby, but not too noisy. I recommend it for spending one night!Translating
