Beachfront pitches, paid overnight stay

The area is not free in June; payment is required, so the green symbol in the app is incorrect. Thanks to the municipality for this area, but a more functional filling and emptying point would be welcome, as would a few rubbish bins. Thank you.

Lovely aire facing the sea with fresh water (several taps along the wall) and black waste dump on right 20 yards after coming under bridge, train line behind but not an issue at all, 2 gents came on Monday am & collected €5 per nights stay. Small shop in the village and also local people in their vans come around with fresh produce to sell. Thank you for providing this great place to stay.

Parking area arranged for campers. Spacious, marked pitches, water, and toilet emptying. Very quiet and clean.

Extraordinary and somewhat wild place, with an impeccably clean beach just a few meters away. Black-water dump and several taps along the wall. Free until June, then only €7 per day. Not suitable for anyone seeking five-star treatment! Only for genuine motorhome travelers. I thank the mayor for the effort and the shopkeepers for their kindness.

Apart from moaning, nothing positive. Dear campers, this is free and you want to camp—what is wrong with you?

Sandy site in tall weeds. Drive onto the pitches carefully, as most have broken pipes sticking out of the ground. Water available; gray- and black-water disposal not found. Railway line barely audible. A plus is direct access to the beach. A negative is the endless amount of rubbish.

None of the disposal services remain, whether for gray or black water. Water taps remain, though some leak. Be careful, as some pitches are sandy. The site appears to have been abandoned, at least this season. The positive point is that access to the beach is extremely close.

Clean place despite the storms; the pitches have tall grass and are well spaced, separated by wooden dividers. It is well lit and quiet, right on the beach, and there is a rubbish bin emptied daily. There is a working water tap for every four pitches. There are some long-term residents, but the site is truly spacious. Thanks to the municipality. Thank you for the hospitality.

A beautiful site! However, at most pitches you have to drive over a high curb. It is manageable with leveling ramps. There are many more pitches farther back. Some are also along the road! Disgusting that some people empty their toilets into the wastewater drain or into the bushes :-(

Beautiful beachside motorhome pitch. The two very small grocery shops are only open in the mornings.

Very good experience. The parking areas are almost entirely sandy, so you need to be careful not to get stuck.

In February the area was fairly abandoned. There are many pitches. A quiet night with only the sound of the sea.

The coastal road has diversion signs so is open and access can be made. At the parking spot there is wood/rubbish and a few damaged boats at the end of the coast road after the storm and beach sand over the road but so long as the wind is low it's ok to use. Water/waste still working.

The coastal road is closed because of the storm, so it is inaccessible.

We stayed at this site for two nights from January 9, 2026. An older gentleman from the area also stopped by, and we bought some delicious olive oil from him. All in all, a place to feel comfortable.

Pleasant and well organized. To access the parking space, you have to cross a high curb. Some people park farther away and discharge their gray water into storm drains.

Excellent stopping area for staying, sea view, quiet and clean, with a garbage bin, water and toilet dump, absolutely recommended. Grocery store and butcher nearby. Thanks to the mayor for this stopping area.

The pitches are arranged side by side and separated by wooden barriers. All have a beautiful view of the long sandy beach. The black-water dump is next to pitch 6, fresh water is available at every third pitch, but there is no gray-water disposal. At the end of November everything was very clean and free. Thanks to the municipality for this great site!

Very quiet when we were here in November. There are 50 pitches marked and pretty much unlimited parking along the road. The toilet dump is at the beginning, between pitches 4 and 5. It was free when we visited.

We were here at the end of October 2025. There is a sign showing a €7 parking fee, but it seems to apply only during the season. Water at every third pitch, unfortunately only one cassette toilet dump. Shop and butcher in the village. The train only runs during the day. The local residents are very friendly. Thank you to the municipality, we will gladly come again.

I confirm: a perfect place to stop for one or more days by the sea, with facilities for dumping and filling water. I find the area convenient and well equipped, with clearly marked spaces and pitches. The only problem is the step leading to the pitches, which is not level with the road and requires care, especially for heavier vehicles.

Practically right by the sea, with a huge beach. There is a black-water dump, parking on grass, and water every three pitches, which you can also use for a shower. As for waste, just be careful not to litter. If you want maximum facilities, you need to stay in a hotel. For €5, I think it is really good.

It’s not free, two stars because the water pressure is good, totally disgusting disposal area, full of cockroaches, during the day you have the noise of the train and also of teenagers with their Vespas. There are people living there, so I don’t know if they only charge tourists or if I was unlucky. It seems abandoned by the city hall.

Good place for wild camping; only a hot shower and possibly electricity are missing, but with solar panels it is perfectly manageable. You can run the refrigerator on gas overnight if necessary.
