Shaded parking, sloping surface

A parking lot at a deserted place close to the street, with shade options and a slightly sloping surface. Nights are very quiet, while only occasional cars pass during the day; internet reception is okay, with LTE sometimes available outside the vehicle. There is space in front of and behind the building, although access to the rear was uncertain, and overnight parking did not disturb anyone.
