Clean, with easily accessible facilities, including a restaurant/pizzeria right there. The entrance to the Pompeii excavations is opposite the campsite, which is certainly its main advantage.

We paid €35 per night and stayed two nights. Great location for visiting the old town of Pompeii. The only downside was that there was nowhere really to put towels and clothes when using the showers.

Excellent campsite for visiting Pompeii, with the entrance just steps away, spacious pitches, convenient access, quiet at this time of year, close to the station, and an excellent restaurant. Remember to ask reception for the free pass for motorhomes over 7 meters.

Great campsite. I deduct two stars because of the showers, which have no storage surfaces, and because the price is not €27 but €31 with the ACSI discount. Poor Wi-Fi!

Beautifully located for visiting Pompeii and the ruins. It has small showers with overhead showerheads, quite clogged with limescale, but the floors are clean. Clean toilets. Some noise in the evening, not to mention people returning to the campsite at any hour, speaking loudly in Italian and banging doors. No waste sorting either.

Unfortunately, we ended up staying at Spartacus CP and paid immediately. Fortuna Village would have been the better alternative: larger pitches and more peace, at least that is how it looked.

Fortuna is one of at least three campsites next to each other. Friendly person guiding us in. Identification must be left until departure. Directly opposite the Pompeii entrance. Large pitches. Two showers and toilets each, kept very clean. You can hear the train and road at night, but it is tolerable. Restaurant closes at 7 p.m. Supermarket reachable on foot in 10 minutes.

We stayed four nights over New Year's. Very friendly staff, small but spotless sanitary facilities at all times. Conveniently located opposite one of the excavation entrances. The town center and sanctuary are reachable on foot, and the Circumvesuviana station, useful for Naples, Herculaneum and Sorrento, is truly five minutes away.

Very good base for visiting the ancient city. Electricity and water included. Despite the low season, €35 including tourist tax. Showers and toilets are clearly old, but clean and functional. The price is far too high for what is offered during this period.

Campsite ideally located for visiting Pompeii! Check-out is at 2 p.m.; otherwise it costs €10 extra until 6 p.m. This gives you time to visit Pompeii in the morning.

Very friendly welcome, right next to the entrance for visiting Pompeii. Good pizza on site, pitches large enough, and the train was not really disruptive. Toilets and showers are also okay. Overall, perfect for visiting Pompeii. We would come again.

In my opinion, the best in Pompeii: very spacious pitches, all services available, excellent location for visiting the excavations and other Campania sites such as Naples and the Sorrento Coast. There is also a beautiful restaurant serving delicious pizza. Very helpful and kind staff.

Very clean and pleasant little campsite, 150 meters from the archaeological site's entrance. Very welcoming. The highlight: the restaurant's pizzas are excellent and enormous!

Everything was easy. Simple campsite right at the Pompeii entrance. Super-friendly staff; we stayed one night and slept very well. They let us check out later until we finished our visit. If we return, we will come back. Thank you.

Well-organized, clean campsite with spacious pitches. The station for trains to Sorrento and Naples is very close. Excellent restaurant and pizzeria terrace.

Contrary to what was said in previous reviews, the campsite is still an ACSI member and offers the discounts. €20 for a beautiful, generous, shaded pitch, including electricity and tourist tax (€3 for one person). Friendly welcome.

The place is very good, clean and grassy. The managers are very friendly and willing to help. It is near the railway, but this is not bothersome at night. We spent six nights here: close to the station for Herculaneum, Naples and, of course, Pompeii. We highly recommend it. €30 for one van and two people.

They no longer offer the ACSI rate, but have kept the stickers. Campervan with two people: €35. Pitches are not very long. Noisy because of the road, train and the neighboring campsite's roosters, locked in a one-meter crate, which wake you at sunrise. It seems they are there to annoy this campsite. Otherwise, the restaurant is excellent and very close to the Pompeii entrance, just across the road.

Campsite in Piazza Esedra, at the Pompeii entrance and shuttle departure point. Two kilometers on foot to the sanctuary. Convenient area, near the station. Small campsite with all services. Clean bathrooms, small showers, but manageable. Friendly and helpful staff. Camper, two adults, two children and one dog with electricity: €50 per night. Not cheap, but you pay for the location. Better to choose the first pitches; the neighbor has two roosters that crow.

This site is NOT ACSI, campervan, 2 people, elec, water + tax -€35 p/n Showers tiny + no divider, take plastic bags in to keep clothes dry. Washing machine = €5, but didn't work. Positives: ideally located for visiting the archaeological site. Sanitary facilities very clean and water very hot, but they are very small. Pitch is quite spacious if you are the only one using it. Negatives: the ACSI card is not accepted during this period. Impersonal, characterless and noisy place.
