Been here?
A large campsite suited to visiting Stockholm, with a Tunnelbana station about 13 minutes away on foot and a direct connection to the city. It has many facilities, a small supermarket, hot-water showers and good pressure, although the sanitary facilities are older and can be insufficient in high season. The campsite is quiet at night, but unnumbered pitches may be uneven and numbered places are recommended during peak season. Three nights recently cost 118€.

Direct metro to the city 15min walking from the camping. The showers could be more modern, but there’s hot water and good water pressure. Very quiet at night. Relatively cheap (118€ for three nights). Would recommend.
Good campsite if you want to visit Stockholm. The metro is nearby and takes you into the centre. The campsite is large. In high season it is full and the sanitary facilities are inadequate. The showers use a shared changing room. The campsite is not cheap. Good little shop on site.
A very good site for visiting Stockholm. The underground railway is easily reachable on foot. However, as country folk, we did not feel entirely comfortable.
very friendly and helpfull staff, good restaurant and fast connection by metro with the centre of Stockholm
If you want peace and quiet, you are definitely in the wrong place here. However, it is an ideal starting point for visiting Stockholm. Excellent city connections, great facilities, and good dog-walking routes are available nearby.
Big camp, we came with no reservation and still found a place for a car and (roof) tent. Toilets are older, basic and not very clean…The camp is near the city and has excellent connection with metro. Otherwise I think it is too expensive for what you get (no electricity). Wifi only at reception. Very crowded but for one night it was ok.
Good value for money. Washing and drying together costs an extra 80 SEK. Sanitary facilities clean, sufficient in number. Very large site, quick ride into the city by metro.
Perfect for sightseeing in the city. Metro station nearby. If you do not need electricity, you can choose your own pitch. Sanitary facilities are very outdated. Despite being fully occupied, it was very quiet.
Very nice campsite just outside Stockholm. Ten minutes to the T13 train, which goes directly to the center. The site is beautifully located by the lake and very quiet.
Nice campsite, ideal for visiting Stockholm (metro 10 minutes away). Washing machine, waste disposal, etc.
It is fine for exploring Stockholm, hence four stars. Normally I would give it three. The site is relatively sloping, and people park very close together. When we returned, someone had parked a skyscraper-sized vehicle two meters next to us. Reasonably priced without electricity. The lake is also nice, but requires a short walk. I liked that we could use late checkout for free until 6 p.m., but you have to ask at reception beforehand.
The location is the main advantage. The metro takes you to Stockholm in 20 minutes and runs every ten minutes. Nice swimming area. The service building by reception was okay but somewhat old; what was missing was a power outlet for a hairdryer. There were no plugs in the dishwashing room, and when too much water drained away, the pipe leaked underneath. The shop had a good selection.
Nice pitches with electricity at a reasonably good price. Good location, close to the metro, about 700 meters away. Outdated service facilities. No hand paper or hot water in the toilets. The showers have hot water. There is a playground for children, a restaurant, and a very small shop with basic necessities.
Large site; pitches with electricity fill up quickly, but without electricity you can usually still find a place, as we did. Not a cozy campsite, but ideal for visiting Stockholm. The metro station is a five-minute walk away and takes ten minutes to the old town. Sanitary facilities okay, and there is even a large free sauna. A beach with a jetty and diving tower is also within walking distance.
A good site with everything you need, ideal for seeing Stockholm; by metro, you can be in the city center in half an hour. All facilities are available—not ultra-modern, but clean and sufficient.
Everything you need is available. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We even spontaneously got a pitch with electricity although everything was supposedly fully booked. Stockholm can be reached by bike or metro in 30 minutes, and there is a beach nearby. It is crowded, but you know that beforehand.
Very nice campsite. You should definitely reserve in advance. There are only a limited number of pitches with electricity. The metro station a few minutes away is perfect for exploring Stockholm. There is a wonderful swimming area behind the campsite. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would gladly come back.
Highly recommended if you want to go into Stockholm. There is a train connection after a short walk. The site is not beautiful, but it has level pitches, good sanitary facilities, and disposal services. If you want to do laundry, allow plenty of time because time slots must be booked.
Busy campsite that is well located and relatively easy access to central Stockholm. The Thai restaurant is excellent. The showers are a bit strange and won’t be suitable for modest individuals.
Campsite without defined pitches, very crowded, resulting in chaos. People park in all directions, and everyone is very close together—closer than at a parking area. I would call it a parking lot with facilities, which I did not use, so I will not comment on them.
Really nice site with everything a camper needs. Ideal for sightseeing in Stockholm using public transport. Alternatively, there is a cycle path into the city. We did not try it.
I would not describe this as a traditional campsite. You stand very close together, and it is mainly useful for visiting Stockholm or taking the ferries. For that purpose it is really good, and the sanitary facilities were very clean.
Friendly welcome, very large pitches, functional bathroom blocks (the ones at the far right often have cold showers), metro ten minutes on foot, and a fairly well-stocked supermarket. There is also a small campsite shop with a few useful items for campers. A beach and a walk through green surroundings are ten minutes away. We had a great stay.
Typical city campsite with all facilities. Cleanliness was so-so. Good Thai restaurant on site. Metro station easily reachable on foot. Two people and a camper without electricity cost 440 SEK. The location is the main advantage.
We got a pitch with electricity without a reservation, with free choice and flexible duration. There are special pitches at the front for spontaneous arrivals. If you arrive at noon, you can usually always find a place. However, there is little privacy and little space, and people park randomly. We did not mind because we were out in Stockholm all day. The nearby metro connection is perfect. Toilets and showers are older.
Pleasantly surprised. Quiet campsite with easy access to the city by metro. You can also take nice walks in nature around the campsite. If you do not need electricity, the pitches are slightly nicer and greener. We saw rabbits every evening. Clean sanitary facilities with access to a sauna.
Generally clean and tidy campsite with absolutely everything you need. Lively activity simply because of its size. Very well located for taking the train to Stockholm.
Not particularly cozy, but considering its proximity to Stockholm, which is easy to reach by train, it is perfectly functional. Showers are free and, despite the number of visitors, readily available.
Very courteous welcome. We had reserved for two nights but arrived one day early. They managed to find us a very nice pitch for all three nights. Very convenient for visiting Stockholm, 40 to 45 minutes by electric bike. Very clean sanitary facilities and a lovely sauna.
Be sure to reserve. Reserving one day in advance was enough, and we got a great pitch with electricity. Everything is clean, and if you let the shower run for ten minutes, hot water eventually comes. The train station is within walking distance, and a scheduled boat stop is very close. The staff are extremely nice.
Very busy due to the holiday weekend. We had booked an electric pitch even though we don’t use the hookup as the non electric pitches are unmarked and not book able. We were glade we did as most non electric areas looked quite steep. Easy access to city via metro. Good facilities on site and well run.
We stayed here for two days, and there is a good connection to the city center by tram. Tickets can be bought through the SL app. The site is practical, and the free areas are just as comfortable as the reserved areas. Staggered parking would be advantageous, as parking in the middle halves the usable space. The prices at the Maithai shop on site are unacceptable—one star deducted: 30 SEK for 1.5 liters.
Convenient for visiting Stockholm, but little else. The sanitary facilities need improvement. Friendly staff.
Good campsite. Ideal for visiting Stockholm. The metro is 700 meters away and takes you right into the city center. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. There is also a charming modern shopping center at the metro station with a small supermarket very well stocked with fruit and vegetables at very affordable prices.
Very nice, quiet campsite with all services; metro ten minutes on foot to Stockholm.
We have been here before and would always choose it again for Stockholm. Good public transport connection to the city center. Very tasty Asian restaurant on site, and a super delicious kebab nearby; they even speak German and are very friendly. Booking and check-in on site were absolutely uncomplicated again. We stayed with a rooftop tent for two nights.
Uncomplicated process. The sanitary facilities are showing their age, but they are okay. Good train connection to Stockholm—we would definitely book here again.
Excellent campsite with extremely friendly staff. Very clean facilities. Not far from the metro, it was a convenient starting point for visiting Stockholm.
Large campsite with many services: toilet disposal, showers, toilets, sauna, drinking water, and waste disposal. 440 SEK for one night for a camper without electricity, on sloping grass, is overpriced.
Quiet campsite with good metro connections. Friendly staff. Clean showers. Open pitches without privacy.
Large, overcrowded campsite, but not very noisy. Fine for a day trip to Stockholm. Good metro connection to the city center.
We spent two nights here and were very satisfied overall. The campsite is quiet, and Stockholm is easily reached by public transport. We also really liked the spacious baby shower. Anyone wanting to do laundry must book a time slot at reception in advance, after which they receive the access code for the laundry room.
Good campsite, as already described. One special feature: anyone needing electricity is assigned a pitch. Those who do not need electricity can choose their own pitch in certain areas, where they are much less cramped.
Almost perfect place for visiting Stockholm. It has everything and is beautifully located right next to a swimming beach. The restaurant on site is also recommended.
If you want to explore Stockholm, this is the perfect place. You are right by the metro. We also loved being able to walk down to the swimming beach in the evening. The sanitary facilities were clean and there is everything you need—it is a campsite, after all.
