Unnamed Road, 91025, Marsala
Been here?
This large, free parking area is opposite the museum and Mozia boat departures, offering quiet overnight stays. The illuminated, CCTV-monitored area has a small bar, local food, souvenirs and clean toilets, but no camper services. The operators are friendly, and the bar is a natural place to eat or drink in return for the free parking. Access involves a one-way narrow road, passable with large vehicles.

Very nice and quiet free site. We stayed here for two nights. It was so relaxing. We ate typical Sicilian food at the bar. The owners are very friendly. Very pleasant WhatsApp contact beforehand.
Quiet place. You can eat something local. If you are self-sufficient with a van/camper, it is ideal. The bar is very nice and the people welcome you with an extraordinary smile and kindness. It's a shame that the reeds in front prevent you from seeing the sunset at its best, but you only need to move a little.
Clean and quiet parking area. Very friendly welcome. Bar and shop. Thank you very much.
Top location, and it's free. Friendly welcome from the farmer, even though it was not open yet.
At the beginning of November, I asked via WhatsApp whether they were still open — I received an immediate reply, but unfortunately they were already closed.
Large parking area belonging to a small bar, made available to travelers. Very well located, quiet and secured by cameras. Very clean toilets are provided, which is important in Sicily. The parking is free, so the least you can do is buy something at this small bar. Very kind and helpful owners.
Very beautiful place to watch the sunset, with a toilet available. As a small thank-you for the free parking, visit the bar to round off the evening with a Sicilian spritz.
No services, but ideal for a 1- or 2-night stay. The bar owners are very friendly; they gave us a snack and an Aperol courtesy of GB Motorhomes Tours. Good cycling route along the coast. You can order breakfast, such as croissants.
Great place and very nice owners. We received a loving welcome, ate and drank at the restaurant, and were allowed to stay overnight for free. We will definitely come back. ? Gracia Italia
Nice place at the Salinas. stayed here one night for free and ate their delicious Bruschetta. We asked for water and they said explicitly that they got just 2 water tanks. We saw a couple with a big Camper who didnt even ate something at this place and carried 2 big bags of water out of the bathroom. Just dissapointing such a behaviour. Plz dont ruin this nice stay for other people.
Excellent location right opposite the embarkation point for Mozia Island and the beautiful sunset boat trips. This is the bar's parking area, run by friendly and helpful people. There are no services, but the parking is free and quiet. Recommended.
Fantastic! We slept here for 2 nights. Free parking and we slept very well. The bar staff are extremely kind and provide access to the bathroom. You cannot refill your water, but they pointed out other fountains. Have breakfast here; it is the least you can do to say thank you... ricotta-filled croissant, TOP! For the beach, go to Torre di San Teodoro.
Excellent stopping place and completely free. The bar owners who allow us to stay certainly deserve more than a quick purchase. Thank you very much.
Fantastic location right opposite the salt pans and the mill where salt is sold directly. Free parking; we bought a mixed fried dish to thank them for their hospitality. We slept very well. Highly recommended.
Spectacular location ? opposite the salt pans. Completely free private parking next to the bar. Super-kind and helpful host. Quiet place to enjoy the sunset over the salt pans. I highly recommend both the sweet and savory breakfast ?.
Thank you. The place is perfect! The visit to Mozia is really interesting. Thank you!!! Buying something is only right!
We are very grateful to the owners for allowing us to park for free on their private property. We had a wonderful time; the place is beautiful, right opposite Mozia Island, and very close to a lovely cycle path that takes you to Marsala.
Free stopover, ideal for boarding the boat to Mozia Island. Quiet and peaceful overnight stop. During the day we used the kiosk's toilet facilities. Friendly and approachable owners. Delicious and well-deserved aperitif. Small shop selling local specialties. Highly recommended.
Free parking belonging to the venue for staying overnight. Very quiet, no services. Buying something is not compulsory but is the right thing to do.
It remains exactly as described.
Very friendly welcome. We chose a spot at the back for more privacy, but it is quite large and we were the only van. Parking among vineyards and olive trees, right opposite the salt pans and mill. You must go there at sunset; it is magnificent, but crowded! We bought a dessert from the shop as a matter of principle. We spent one trouble-free night there. Thank you to the managers!
Parking next to the Mozia salt pans. Magical location for watching the sunset. The venue's managers are very helpful, and the aperitifs are interesting.
Extremely kind managers. You can sleep without any problems in the freely accessible parking area. You may buy something, but it is not obligatory. We had an aperitif at sunset after visiting the salt pans; everything was very atmospheric! There were many other campers and we felt safe! No wastewater dump! Worth trying! You can hear some planes, but overall it is quiet!
