Cliffside ocean spot, narrow access

Lovely views but tough terrain, especially when wet. It can get really very windy. You will find some animosity from the local residents as sadly other campers haven’t been very respectful and left litter, including toilet paper, all around. PLEASE LEAVE NO TRACE!

Great place with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and sunset. Recommended only for narrow vans.

Very narrow path right now, there are thick overgrown bushes on both sides, impossible to pass without scratching the vehicle, even with a regular van.

Superb place in clear weather; we were lucky not to have too much wind. However, be careful at the entrance to the path with converted vans, as there is a risk of lightly scratching the bodywork.

Very beautiful spot. We encountered some fog, but the view was very beautiful in the morning! The road to get there is an uneven dirt road, but we had no problems with the van. There is some wind in the evening and at night, but we still recommend the place! Also very convenient for reaching Cabo de Roca.

Simply magical spot. There were only three vans, but all at different points, so we felt alone. Magnificent evening with sunset. Go for it!!

Beautiful place with a walking path to a small beach. Good walking shoes are recommended. Ideal place to watch the sunset. In strong winds, the van may move a little. We positioned it facing into the wind.

Very nice view. We spent one night, it was quiet. It is very windy out there, but it didn’t wake us. There were a couple other campers.

Magnificent spot facing the ocean; access is via a rough track, so only suitable for 4x4s or vans. 4G, but no other services; remember to take your rubbish with you :)

Magnificent spot with a very beautiful view of the Capo da Roca lighthouse and the ocean. The track is suitable only for vans or small motorhomes. Several possible places for one vehicle each. The furthest spot is very rocky and for 4x4s only (or vehicles with a powerful engine).

We stayed here for one night. Easily accessible for vans via a dirt track. Beautiful view of the lighthouse and the Atlantic. Please leave the site clean.

We stayed one night. Quiet place, accessible by van (perhaps more difficult with a caravan). Several spaces are easily accessible for parking overnight. Beautiful view facing the ocean and the lighthouse. We had no rain and little wind. But the area is exposed, so it may be best avoided in bad weather, especially strong winds.

We would have given it 5 stars if we hadn't arrived on a day of particularly violent rain and wind that made the van shake in every direction! The view nevertheless seems exceptional, although it was difficult for us to enjoy it in those conditions.

Only 1 car can park on this specific spot so we had to move a bit further which was perfect. Very beautiful but very windy, and not flat.
