Peaceful riverside site, no greywater

Very nice motorhome pitch on the banks of the Weser, right next to a restaurant. The welcome was very friendly and we could choose a spot. Clean shower and toilet, and a washing machine is also available. At €24 it may be a little expensive, but the location right on the cycle path and the relaxed atmosphere make up for it.

Simply pure nature; we stayed another night.

Perfect, everything was excellent! Optimal location on the Weser and great cycle paths on both sides of the river.

Still hibernating, but a very nice motorhome pitch. We will come back and look at it again in summer.

Still a beautiful grassy place. Considering the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night and the separate charges for electricity, water, and shower (€2.00), it is too expensive compared with other places.

This place is always worth a trip. Everything is as described and in order. Great area for cycling.

Wonderful motorhome pitch. The pitches are well laid out. The grass is currently difficult to drive on carefully; the ground is very soft. Sanitary facilities are older but clean. Waste and service facilities are easy to use. Fresh water available. Cash only. Have coins ready for electricity.

Lovely, peaceful parkup. Everything you need is on site, The river Weser offers a lovely walk in either direction, should you feel the need to jump to the other side then there's a ferry at hand.

Everything was great except for the lack of grey-water disposal! Wonderful surroundings, with lots to discover. The place was pleasantly quiet.

What a beautiful place on lush meadows right beside the Weser. Simple but spotlessly clean sanitary facilities. Relaxed atmosphere here. We immediately stayed for two days.

Large plots, well-organized waste and service facilities, good price for the quality, very clean sanitary facilities that could use renovation, very friendly site manager, uncomplicated arrival and payment, beautiful view of the Weser—highly recommended without reservation.

It is a very beautiful place. The lawn is well maintained. We stood by the water, where the grass had not yet been mowed, but it was not a problem. I did not use the sanitary facilities because I have everything in the motorhome. The bread-roll service is okay; it would be nice to have more choice. The cycle paths are excellent, and there are shops not far from the site. We will definitely come back.

I based my expectations on the reviews, but unfortunately we were disappointed by the sanitary facilities. The toilet walls were dirty, and there was no toilet paper or paper towels. Paint was peeling from the wooden ceilings. Definitely not a top-quality site for us. The beautiful meadow alone is not enough. Suni, 15 July 2024.

Every six months the price goes up by €1. The greed is getting worse and worse. Such a beautiful place.

Dream spot! We especially appreciate the ban on putting out “carpets” and the beautifully maintained grassy pitches. We have never stood on such a wonderful surface. Clean toilets accessible at all times; shower and washing machine available for a fee. You get a €2 voucher back for the restaurant next door.

Excellent motorhome pitch, everything tip-top. Friendly operator, great location, restaurants nearby. Bakery not far away. The pitch is ideally located on the Weser cycle path. Highly recommended overall.

Beautiful site with spacious pitches. €15 per night including a €2 restaurant voucher. Pay the site manager or put the money in an envelope. Clean toilets, various rubbish bins available (general waste, organic, paper, glass, yellow bag). Shower not tested. Great for hiking and cycling. The Zum Anker restaurant is recommended.
