This street parking is five minutes on foot from Leidseplein and the surrounding city centre. Parking is paid per hour and free from 00h to 9h, with spaces along the street. The road is very narrow, and a recent stay reported that daytime parking from 9 to 16 cost 40 euros and suited only very small vehicles.

Very, very tight. Suitable only for very small cars. And very expensive. From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. it costs €40. I parked at 10:53 a.m. While I was paying at the machine, my vehicle was photographed at 10:59 a.m. The ticket was validated at 11:02 a.m., yet I still received an €80 fine.
Good place to park while visiting the rijksmuseum and exploring the city. Also very cheap.
Excellent parking area for visiting the city centre. We paid €16.50 from 7:00 to 10:15 p.m. and had no concerns about theft or anything similar. The road is somewhat narrow because of the parking spaces, but otherwise it is perfectly fine.
Perfect parking, five minutes from the centre while being away from the major boulevards, with little traffic.
