City parking, unsafe noisy nights

This is a city parking area with camera surveillance, but recent reports describe it as noisy and unsafe at night. Overnight stays are not recommended because of disturbances from young people and late-night activity. The village is pleasant to visit and about 5 minutes away on foot.
