We booked with a trailer. On arrival, they looked annoyed that we had a trailer. You have to ask questions and read properly. We were placed in the farthest corner, and after setting up, we were told to move again, with the comment, “You’ll manage that again.” We wanted to stay four nights, but left the next day and will not return.
Very nice and well-maintained campsite with excellent sanitary facilities, access to the lake, friendly staff, and a good restaurant. It gets quite crowded on weekends, but there is still enough space. The surroundings are perfect for exploring by bicycle. We would be happy to come back.
Very nice site, friendly staff, and clean sanitary facilities. We will definitely come again.
A short-notice request by email was answered immediately and in detail, and a space was even reserved for us. Check-in after reception closing would also have been possible if announced by phone. Unfortunately, we then had to change our plans for scheduling reasons. It still deserved a positive review from me.
Very nice and quiet campsite. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is also very good. There is direct access to the lake from the campsite. Highly recommended overall.
We stayed at Camp Casel for two days. Very well-organized site—you can tell the owner is a camper himself. The water and waste facilities were perfect for us, with not only CamperClean but also normal cassette disposal. All in all, a very nice site with great swimming opportunities. Many thanks to the team.
Perfect for us—excellent for swimming, free choice of pitch, well-maintained sanitary building, on-site restaurant, bread rolls can be ordered, superb cycle paths—even as far as the Spreewald, friendly operators, and Sunday departures until 6 p.m. We highly recommend it.
Very nicely located campsite on Lake Gräbendorfer in Casel. Very friendly welcome and an excellent pitch with a lake view. The good sanitary facilities are beyond reproach. At €35, it is not exactly a bargain.
Very nice campsite right on the lake, with friendly and helpful operators. Very attractive and well-maintained sanitary buildings, and great cycle paths and bike roads for exploring the area.
Super stylish campsite. Despite arriving late, we got a front-row spot. An incredibly lovely site manager. A really cool and especially welcoming atmosphere.
Everything was great
A truly beautiful, clean campsite. Beautiful, clean sanitary facilities included in the price. Lake access, steakhouse, and bread-roll service. A campsite with mobile homes, tent pitches, and motorhome pitches. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The camp is a great starting point for long walks and bike rides, or for swimming in the lake. We were delighted.
Great campsite! Very friendly staff, clean sanitary facilities, and free choice of pitch. Perfect for dog owners thanks to the lovely footpath. Two access points to the lake and a delicious restaurant on site. The automatic barrier system makes entering and leaving stress-free. Gladly again!
A very nice campsite. The toilets and showers are very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can rent a private toilet and shower room for €5 per day. The disposal area is very clean. There is also access to the swimming lake. The associated lawn could be a little larger. We recommend this campsite.
Wonderful site with very friendly staff. A little oasis. We got a pitch despite the high number of visitors and having no reservation.
Very friendly and helpful host and owner. Super facilities and good location at the lake. We would like to come back!
The best campsite we have visited in Germany so far—in every respect! Only the Parknsleep booking app, when reception is unstaffed, is useless. It only charges parking fees without opening the barrier! But that has nothing to do with the campsite itself.
Beautiful, well-maintained campsite. The water is wonderfully clear. The sanitary area is spotlessly clean. The restaurant is really tasty and very child-friendly. The CampCasel team is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.
Very nice, peaceful camping area. Beautiful and clean sanitary facilities. Friendly welcome.
We give it full marks. Super-friendly welcome, first-class sanitary facilities, spacious pitches, wonderfully clear lake water, and sunshine all day. Of course, the weather is a matter of luck, but there are also beautiful shady pitches and a very nice restaurant—which we did not use, but it is there!
We were only here to dispose of waste using CamperClean. Very friendly welcome.
A truly wonderful campsite. We were welcomed very warmly and could choose a pitch. The lake is very clear, and even my children, who are not fond of algae, spent the whole day in the water. Beautiful place. Dogs are very welcome. Order bread rolls the evening before at the log cabin. Hot food is available from noon until 7:20 p.m. The best fries.
Affordable campsite with free choice of pitch. Digital electricity hookup charged according to consumption, so very fair. Super nice, modern showers and toilets in the log cabin, with Radio Paloma Schlager music—true holiday feeling. Log-cabin restaurant with very friendly service staff. Charcoal barbecues are allowed; a fire bowl and wood are available at reception and permitted on the pitch. Highly recommended.
Very nice premium-class campsite!
This was our second time. We paid €30 per night for two people and a dog. The staff are very friendly. At the Blockhaus restaurant, besides the bread-roll service, there is delicious cake and hearty evening food. Highly recommended. We would be happy to come back.
Full marks. Everything you would expect from a modern campsite. Gladly again.
This place is amazing. The people here are so sweet, the lake is perfect on a hot summer day, the facilities are beautiful and clean… I’ve never felt more welcome, and the host even brought us a little travel package for my dog(wet/dry food and a little book). It’s calm and quiet, and early evening we enjoyed some guitar playing(another guest playing while people gathered around the bonfire). We were only planning on staying for one night, but we’re definitely staying for one more!
Absolutely recommended. Great pitches, spotless toilet facilities, and a wonderful beach. Very dog- and child-friendly. Everything a camper could wish for, plus a great machine for hygienically cleaning the camper toilet.
We stayed here for two nights with a toddler. Unmarked pitches, partly Scandinavian-style spacing, about 4 metres from the neighbors, fairly level and green, and very quiet at night. The sanitary building is super clean and modern, with Schlager music :D. We did not try the bread-roll service. Water and waste facilities available, including CamperClean for €3. Too few electricity connections for us; none were free. Small sandy swimming area. We really enjoyed it!
A super beautiful place; the sanitary building, reception, and restaurant are made of logs.
Beautiful campsite by the lake for relaxing, with a good restaurant, nice staff, and excellent sanitary facilities. Lovely mobile homes. Electricity costs extra, and you may need plenty of small change. We will definitely come back!
