Overnight parking, street lighting

We parked at the back of the parking area so as not to disturb anyone. The place is clean and can accommodate motorhomes. The night was very quiet.

We stopped to drink coffee at this lovely place, perfect if you have a dog, with nice walking paths.

Nice parking close to border the Dutch border. Lot of street lights so no dark shady place. Feels save. Sunday night 23h - a lot of empty so no problem to park. Places are slightly angled, ride on block might be good to use. As well in my case, the same like I read in other commends, 2 cars with young man standing talking, joking around, not agressive. They left soon.

Terrible. We stood at the back. It seemed nice, although there was some strange traffic from departing youngsters. After sunset they came alongside us to have a loud 'meeting' and drink/eat. They did not leave until late in the evening. The rest of the night was quiet.

Just a parking area, nothing more and nothing less, close to the market. At the back you hear the least from the main road.

Very heavily littered place. Bays suitable only for cars.

A nice village to visit, with a small park by the parking area where you can walk your dog. Nice stop while passing through. It is a shame that people leave so much rubbish at the back of the parking area, and that groups of youths hang around on Sunday evenings.

A parking area around the corner from the center of Kalkar, which is a bit boring. At the back of the parking area the spaces were quite sloped. We did not stay overnight, but it is fine for one night.
