Toilets and other facilities are available 24/7, but the area is noisy and the parking can feel busy or less secure at night. Use the coordinates provided in the other comment rather than the direct route. The parking area is small for motorhomes unless you occupy the truck space. Attention: the area is on a one-way section of the N7 leaving Dublin, with exit 5 a few kilometers away.
Open 24/7. Noisy but services available. We asked to stay overnight before returning the motorhome.
Very convenient place to stay as multiple food locations around. Stayed here one night and, despite the road and reasonably sized carpark, it was quite quiet so felt safe. Two others parked for the night. Would stay again. Used the coordinates mentioned in another comment to find (7GH7+G2 Rathcoole, County Dublin, Ireland)
We rented a camper that we had to drop off in Dublin early the next morning with the bathroom cassette empty as well as the grey watertank. This fit the bill as it was a short distance to drop off, allowed for large vehicle parking and has 24/7 facilities for use. The road noise was loud and throughout the night.
We used a satnav to bring us to this address. It is in the middle of a housing estate with no parking available. It was a dark stormy night and we couldn't find this site. Desaster! The correct coordinates are: 53.278550, -6.487610. But we didn't find that out until the next day :-(
