This is a large, free parking area about 5 minutes’ walk from Lorca’s centre, with restrooms and some shaded spaces. There are no loading or unloading facilities onsite, but the nearby area across the street allows toilet emptying and water filling when available. Nights are generally quiet, although there can be evening activity and daytime football. Parking is unavailable on Thursdays because of the market, with restrictions beginning the previous evening.

Large parking area close to the town center. No place to dump waste, but across the street there is an opportunity to empty the toilet or, if there is space, take on water. Five minutes' walk to a beautiful center and many good cycling paths.
The parking area is monitored and very close to the center. We stayed two nights. The first night was a little lively, but the second was extremely quiet. If we return, we would definitely come back.
Good place to spend the night and visit the city, with some shady trees. There are no facilities, only garbage bins. For emptying the portable toilet and filling some water containers, there is an area next door that can be entered without a problem.
Impressive parking area 1.2 km from the center of Lorca, except on Thursdays when there is a market. Otherwise, no problem; you can even find a spot in the shade.

Free parking area in a good location for visiting the city. It was quiet at night. During the day, especially on weekends, many people use the area to play ball. You have to look around a bit to find somewhere to park.

What a lovely place, and so close to the center. There is a large dog park across the street. I think there are more than 26 spaces. Pleasant with so many others, and the night is wonderfully quiet.
Huge, clean, safe and free parking area. There is a market on Thursday, so parking is already prohibited from Wednesday evening. Close to a beautiful, large center full of shops and bars. A little farther away on the hill is a castle to visit. There is enough to do for several days.
No facilities but handy for the town. A little activity from the local youths early evening (terrible music choices...) but then a lovely quiet night. We'll be back to visit this pretty town
A huge, flat area with lots of garbage bins. Thursday is market day, so it is no longer possible to stay from the previous evening. Relatively close to the center. Quiet at night.
We stayed there on a weekend and it was very noisy, but except for that we had a very pleasant stay and there were many other campers around. We didn't feel safe but nobody bothered us. The parking lot is very spacious and we easily got a place for our 23 feet long motorhome, it was also poorly shaded. It is flat and paved but there aren't any services available. The city center is very close.
let me put things straight. It is a huge parking closed on thursday for market. During the market, NO parking. During the market, the toilets are open. Otherwise they are closed. So, no toilet, no services, no water. there is a camper camping next to this parking where (some) people go to empty their cassette, but it is illegal. Excepte all this, very quiet spot to spent the night.
