Riverside spot, narrow overgrown approach

A few spaces shared with people walking along the river toward Chenonceau. Free, level, shaded, with a walk right there—perfect for a one-night stopover.✦Translating

Free, very quiet place beside the water, a few meters from Château de Chenonceau, accessible via a pedestrian path for cyclists. Sublime view. Space for a 7.5 m by 3.5 m motorhome is fine, but in that case only one or two spaces remain for vans. In the morning, you can see hot-air balloons passing overhead.✦Translating

Wonderful place! The forest is beautiful and peaceful. In ten minutes on foot, you reach the foot of Château de Chenonceau. You can also visit the tomb of Madame Dupin, similar to that of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, who was once tutor to her children.✦Translating
