Fair Life Ranch

We are here for the second time and it was great again! My grandchildren had a wonderful time with the animals and toys available. We also enjoyed a lovely morning with the horses. Ilona and Sofie are very friendly and hospitable; we will definitely return! There are also clean toilets and a wonderfully hot shower!

We stayed here for two nights. The place is very special; the nature, peace, and hospitality of Sophie and Ilona make it one of our favorite places. As soon as you step out, you feel at home. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant and special time at the ranch. The hosts (Sophie and Elona) were welcoming and thoughtful. It was very special to be in direct contact with nature and the unique animals in the farm.

Perfect peaceful stay We stayed longer than originally planned and will be back! We are 8m long & 3m high and got there fine with no trouble a little bumpy but wide without hitting branches and trees :) Sophie went out of her way to help us and show the children the animals and feed them The animals have their own characteristics and are very cute ! Beautiful place to stay amongst the lavender!

I stayed at the ranch for two nights and it was just incredible!! Sophie and Ilona are the best and they have a beautiful place with all their lovely animals! I couldn‘t have wished for a better place to stay at with my van and wake up in the fields of wild lavender every morning! Hope to come back one day!!

What a fantastic place this is. Everything is blooming yellow and purple, and the flowering orange trees smell wonderful. There is now also a small toilet building and even a shower. A wonderfully quiet place in the middle of nature. The welcome is so warm, and accompanied by dogs and sheep, you get a tour of the farm. There are many walking opportunities outside the gate.

What an incredibly lovely place. We arrived fairly spontaneously and were given a very warm welcome. After a week of traveling, this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful shower with beautifully hot water. Such silence, occasionally interrupted by the reassuring contented grunts of the five pigs. Truly recommended. Sophie and Ilona, thank you again so much. Until next time!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and pleasant place in the middle of nature. Plenty of space, even for our 8.5 m 4x4 camper truck. Lovely, kind ladies who create a pleasant stay here with their animals. We were allowed to help with the olive harvest. It was great to experience that. Thank you for these wonderful days.

Wonderful place under a magical starry sky, created with passion and love. Lovely to see and pet the animals. Friendly welcome and tour. We would gladly come back.

We stayed here for one night while passing through. What a fantastically beautiful place where you can experience peace and nature! Thank you, Ilona and Sophie, for your hospitality. The cool foot bath arranged immediately upon arrival was wonderful. Perfect shower and toilet facilities. The children were allowed to help care for and cuddle the animals. This place is a favorite here, which says enough.

We stayed for 1 night in this magical place and we will never forget it. Beautiful people, wonderful animals and incredible land. The kind we all dream of. Instantly feel yourself relax and unwind. We are so glad we came to say.

This place is highly recommended! We had such a wonderful time here. Sophie and Ilona gave us a tour of their property with citrus trees and lovely animals. The children cared for and rode the horses with Ilona. There is also a nice little shop. Toilets and showers are available. The route from the dirt road is very good by Portuguese standards; our 7.3 m campervan had no difficulty.

We were here at the beginning of our trip through Portugal. It was enchanting to stand amid the lavender. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank you, Sophie and Ilona, for letting us share in your plans, and we wish you all the best with them!

An extraordinary place in the middle of nowhere! We spent the night with animals roaming freely around us. Sophie and Ilona gave us a charming welcome. Be aware that the last two kilometers are on a dirt road. With our 6 m van it was just manageable; bringing anything larger seems difficult.

We had a beautiful one night stay, surrounded by nature and animals. The frogs were singing us a lullaby. Ilona and Sophie are lovely hosts, and busy creating a really amazing place. We wished we had more time to stay longer, so we definitely will come back!!

An idyllic place in nature. Peace and quiet among fruit trees and farm animals. The warm welcome makes you feel at home. There are not yet any facilities, but they are being developed. Beautiful walks both outside and around the property. We enjoyed staying here among the chickens and sheep.

What a wonderful place to stay with a camper! Waking up to the sun with the animals around you. The drive there is perfectly manageable for a 50-year-old bus, as long as you dare! Showers and a toilet building are currently being constructed. It is a wonderful walking area, and they also sell products from their own land. Recommended!

A wonderful place! Ilona warmly welcomed us with her three dogs. After a short tour of the ranch, we had a lovely evening in the middle of nature. We bought delicious olive oil from their own production and eggs from their own chickens. We highly recommend this place!

A lovely peaceful stay in beautiful rural Portugal. We enjoyed a lovely welcome from Sophie and Illona, a farm tour, a clear starry night, fresh oranges from their fruit trees and we left with some of their delicious olive oil! We recommend very highly and would love to come back :)

Lovely farm with well-cared-for animals, in the heart of nature. Warm welcome, wide-open spaces. We were there with our seven-year-old daughter, and it was a great experience for her too. Thank you, Sophie and Ilona! We had a 7 m vehicle and will return!
