Via Giacomo Matteotti, 18, 65022, Bussi Sul Tirino
Been here?
This free area at the village entrance has four narrow pitches, running water and paid electricity. The electricity costs €2 for 8 hours, but recent users reported that the connection did not work, while gray-water disposal is unusable. Access and maneuvering can be difficult, especially with other cars present, and low branches may damage taller motorhomes. A 7,40 m motorhome has fitted, but the pitches suit vans or small campers better.

Free camper stop, spaces a little tight, but we managed with a 7.40 m motorhome. Fine for one night; there is a water fountain, but the gray-water dump is unusable. The paid electricity post costs €2 for 8 hours; we inserted the money, but it did not work. We informed the police about the problem.Translating
It would otherwise be excellent, but it does not provide electricity. I paid €3 and received nothing. The tree branches are very low, risking damage to the camper.Translating
We put money in the machine, but it did not work and did not return our money. In addition, the spaces are very difficult to access, even for a van. Finally, the town is really uninteresting. It is better to move on.Translating
Free camper area, spaces fairly tight, but we eventually managed with a 7.20 m motorhome. Entry and exit are difficult when cars are parked opposite. Electricity (€2 for 8 hours) and water are available. I found no black- or gray-water dump. Thanks to the municipality of Bussi.Translating
The area is easily reached from the motorway. The spaces are narrow, suitable for vans or small campers. Because the trees have low, heavy branches, I could not park there. I had to place my over-cab motorhome in the car spaces. The area is fairly quiet overall.Translating
Free, level parking, four generous spaces, unlit and shaded, with the possibility of connecting to electricity for €2 per 8 hours. The Tirino River is nearby, the cleanest river in Europe, where canoe trips are possible. Recommended.Translating
I confirm that the spaces are a little small. I had no problem parking because there were no other cars. Electricity costs €2 for 8 hours, and the fountain leaks. Remember that payment is by coins only. Finally, it is free, which alone could be worth five stars. We stayed only one night so we could head up into the mountains early.Translating
A little tight for parking. I put in €2, and after 20 minutes it stopped working, so I had to insert another €2 and change electricity posts. Still, it saved us with electricity and water. We stayed five hours to charge the battery and then left.Translating
We stayed here on 07/11/2025. The spaces are very narrow, suitable only for vans. Maneuvering could be complicated if other cars are parked along the avenue. The water tap thread is slightly damaged. Electricity works. No other services. The road is slightly busy at night, but overall we had a peaceful night.Translating
While thankful for this free facility that has been generously provided, unfortunately it was obviously designed by someone who never used a camper in their life. The berth is barely wider than a standard van and cars parked opposite make manoeuvring and reversing into an adventure from the Austin Powers movie - if you're not blocked in entirely. 6.5m max here and even that's pushing it.
The parking bays are indeed a little short and narrow. Easily accessible for campers up to 6.5 m. Relatively quiet at night. Not idyllic, but good for one night.Translating
Unusable place, directly on the busy main road, with parking bays far too short and narrow. There is water, but that is all.Translating
Convenient area with no dumping facilities, but I confirm what others have already said.Translating
Very convenient free municipal camper parking, with five or six shaded spaces. Drinking-water fountain and electricity post (€2 for 8 hours, and you can of course add more time). We spent two peaceful, cool nights.Translating
Camper area: free parking; electricity available (€2 for 8 hours); water fountains; four camper spaces, all shaded under pine trees, with green space around them; convenient location near bars, a supermarket and the town centre. Quiet environment, slightly noisy until midnight.Translating
Very convenient area—everything you need is available. The only things missing are rubbish bins and toilets. There are two water fountains; the smaller one beyond the fence is very convenient. Thanks to the municipality.Translating
The stopping area is perfect. Water and electricity are available. Shops are nearby. Compliments to the mayor for managing it, although the town has enormous potential but is very, very neglected. Excellent both for a short stop and for a few days of relaxation.Translating
Parking near the town, four sloping but manageable camper spaces, shaded by trees. Unfortunately, the electricity post was not working; I put in coins but it did not take them. Some cars park in front of the entrance or in a way that makes maneuvering in or out difficult.Translating
Level and free parking with the possibility of connecting to electricity (€2 for 8 hours). Some traffic late in the evening and in the morning. Quiet night.Translating
Through road, but quiet at night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Free water. We did not use the electricity. Under 7 m recommended; small spaces.Translating
One night, 17/10/2024. Near the road, but the noise was not bothersome at night. You can hear the village loudspeakers. Free water filling, but no dumping. Electricity available for a fee. Parking spaces are narrow for motorhomes.Translating
Water and electricity, €2 for 8 hours, shade. No black- or gray-water dump. Near the town. Municipal area near the main road, noisy, but completely free, so we gladly put up with it. Entry may be difficult for longer campers because cars are also parked there. No problem for ours, 5.9 m.
Excellent. Water and electricity. Services are missing.
Dirty, cramped and not very inviting, but the utilities work and there is 5G internet. No problem with a 6 m Sprinter; longer vehicles might have difficulty getting into the spaces because of vehicles opposite or parked illegally.
