This spacious square has several deep parking bays suitable for campers up to 7 meters, with a pizza restaurant nearby. Evening car movements can continue until 23h30, and morning traffic may be noticeable from 6h30, although some visitors report a quiet night. The historic centre and its small chapel are worth visiting.

Just a side note: the pizzeria is closed on Mondays... the site is beautiful..Translating
Indeed, very convenient even for a 7.5-meter motorhome, but cars drive around until 11:30 p.m. and traffic can be clearly heard from 6:30 a.m. Go visit the historic center... superb.Translating
Parked for one night with no problems. With the restaurant near by and open from 20:00 hrs and slightly residential we expected noise from customers/ drinker's after opening time until midnight. but there was nothing and it became a very pleasant/ quiet night. The parking bays are perfect for our van ( 7.5 m) if you back in and have a large overhang. Thanks to locals/police for leaving us in peaceTranslating
Very large parking area with some deeper spaces, convenient for parking motorhomes up to 7 meters long. We slept here for one night before continuing toward Potenza. Fairly quiet place. As mentioned in the other reviews, there is a pizzeria, so there is some disturbance until midnight. After that, you can sleep peacefully.Translating
Quiet night, beautiful little chapel.Translating
A good alternative to Latera after visiting Matera. Some traffic in the early evening, but quiet afterward.Translating
We spent one night here. We arrived after dark and left early in the morning. The place looked very safe. We spent a quiet night. The trash bins looked like there were for locals so we did not used them.Translating
Wonderful place with views of the cliff, bins and litter—quite a find in Italy. The village is very beautiful; the Rodolfo Valentino museum is free, and the churches and old town are lovely, nicer than those in other villages.Translating
I confirm: a quiet place, good for spending the night after the restaurant closes.Translating
A parking area where one could perhaps stay, but unfortunately there is no view of the canyon; everything is fenced off and the little church was closed.Translating
Quiet and safe parking area, suitable even for fairly long vehicles. Unfortunately, there is no shade, but there is a beautiful little church to visit!Translating
