We parked for one night on a Saturday night on the high parking of the market. It was empty and there was no sign saying we couldn’t do that. Nobody bothered us and it was also quiet at night. A bus stop leaves from nearby ( in front of the hospital ) and in 30 min you can reach the city center. It works also at night. Translating
