Great location with a magnificent view. Access to a water tap. Excellent for visiting the village. A quiet night. It is nevertheless the local dogs' walking route.✦Translating

Great spot—fantastic mountain scenery and very quiet at night. Drinking water works. A meeting place for older locals and their sometimes excited dogs in the morning and evening; everyone was friendly, and nobody minded that we stayed there for two nights. The village and El Higuerón climbing sector are within walking distance. The approach is steep and slightly slippery at first, but it was fine with a 6 m van.✦Translating

Great and quiet place but to get there is limited to dry weather, 6m van and some driving skills in steep hills

avoid after rain, it becomes a mudbath, we overstayed through the rain and than had to wait two days so it dries up. Helpful couple from France had to pull us out from the mud anyway (merci!) otherwise it's really calm, water works, locals like to hang out for the BBQs, when good weather it probably get noisier overall we loved it

Beautiful views, pretty flat on the lower section and we found it peaceful. Got up the admittedly steep slope in our Sprinter but agree it’d be too much for most Motorhomes. Better to approach from the N. along MA-226 for an easier turn. The town has narrow streets. Friendly residents and a great bakery mean it’s worth the visit though. The walk up behind the parkup is spectacular as well.

Stayed here in december over Christmas holiday period. Very relaxing and quiet with access to fantastic climbing. There are 2 parking areas, one dirtier one with large barbecue zone and one below which is cleaner and "cosier". We stayed in the lower one.

The surroundings are certainly very beautiful, with the cliffs behind and the view. But it is far too dirty; the parking area is covered with more rubbish on the ground than I have ever seen, broken glass and party leftovers everywhere. Access is via a small, very steep right-angle street! Only cars, 4x4s and small vans can get through, unless you have a lot of ground clearance. The water tap works but the flow is weak.✦Translating

The bad news: like the previous commenter, we were awoken in the early hours by people making fire and playing loud music. The good news: this is probably just isolated to certain weekends and there is another lower spot right next to this one which was away from the party, flat, spacious and tranquil.

We came to spend the night, but it was full of irresponsible youths making fires and causing trouble. We didn't consider it safe and left.✦Translating

Super quiet spot during december, the drive through the town has a few sharp corners and the turning up to the spot is quite steep, and the road a bit rocky, only recommended for smaller campers and vans. no one bothered us, we stayed two nights and both evenings a couple of friendly locals turned up to walk their dogs.
