Quiet parsonage garden, hot shower

We were here for the second time. It is a wonderfully peaceful place, with many birds and plants around us. We received a warm welcome. The sanitary facilities, washing machine and kitchen are dated but functional; the shower is wonderfully hot. Electricity €1/kWh, washing machine €5, everything else included. We will surely return.

Rustic setting in the old rectory garden. At this price, modern sanitary facilities are of course not to be expected, but the building is overdue for a basic cleaning: lots of swallow droppings outside and many black cobwebs inside. Very good restaurant “Alte Mühle” nearby with unusually low prices.

Very good. For €15 (ATTENTION, CASH PAYMENT), you can park and spend the night in a quiet, flat area with access to toilets and a bathroom with toilet and hot shower, as well as a kitchen.

Super-friendly welcome and tips for the surrounding area. Everything you need is available. An excellent restaurant next door serves superb food. Schlüttsiel ferry terminal is just a short bike ride along the dyke, with lots and lots of sheep. A great pitch that we are very happy to recommend.

Quiet, family-run pitch. Flat rate €15 excluding electricity, which Frau Hansen bills according to the meter. The Wadden Sea is easily reachable by bicycle.

We felt very comfortable. Mrs Hansen is a very friendly and welcoming host. The kitchen and sanitary facilities are simple, very clean and inside the building, which is great in cold temperatures. You park overlooking a meadow; the road cannot be heard at night and is not bothersome during the day. Anyone seeking peace for walks, bike rides or a visit to a Hallig will be in the right place here.

Very nice, quiet place for five campers, motorhomes or caravans. For €15 you get a pitch for two people, shower, toilet, kitchen with cooking facilities and washing-up area. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee; we did not ask the cost. Electricity currently costs €1/kWh. The owner is very nice and helpful. The site is basic but very inexpensive. Two restaurants are nearby.
