Reservoir-view parking, road noise

This is a large, easily accessible parking area with lovely reservoir views and a fishing area. It has a large trash can, but traffic noise from the adjacent road can be bothersome, although fewer cars pass later. Dogs should be watched carefully because many foxtails are present.
