Small picnic area, narrow access

At the end of a small village on the canals, very peaceful. It is on the road, but there is hardly any traffic, just a few bicycles. We were completely alone!✦Translating

Suitable only for campervan. There's space only for 1. A very friendly ranger came by to make sure we were staying just for the night. The area is patrolled daily. The downside is that there are private homes across the way.

We parked with a small van a little farther on, in front of the entrance to Geerpolder Park. A more discreet and peaceful place. The planes passing between 10 p.m. and midnight were slightly annoying. But the sounds of frogs, ducks and geese confirmed that we were in a nature reserve.✦Translating

We stayed here for one night. The designated pitch is only suitable for small buses. We drove to the end of the dead-end street and parked there beautifully and peacefully with our Fiat Ducato.✦Translating
