Been here?
A peaceful parking area near a lake, with swimming and walking routes around the water. The motorhome parking is below and has no shade, while the shaded lakeside parking is expected to be reduced by height barriers. Toilets and public showers are about 150m across the beach, and the village with a grocery, bakery and post office is about 1km away. A restaurant is at the end of the lake, and fishing requires a €10 day pass.

The motorhome car park is down below, with no shade. The lakeside car park, shaded and open to all vehicles, will basically be reduced in size, as we noticed posts being installed to allow height barriers to be added. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to park in the shade by the lake. A shame—we really enjoyed coming here.
Beautiful site. Actually, the car park for cars opposite the motorhome car park is the attractive one; the motorhome car park is ugly...\nNo visible prohibition. Beautiful trees, so there is shade. This area seems peaceful...
Very quiet tonight, ideal if you have a four-legged companion.
Extremely quiet in September. We went fishing (€10 day pass, ask at the nearby restaurant). Beautiful walks to enjoy. Well done to the municipality, as there are good facilities for visitors and motorhome travelers. Thank you.
Very peaceful place for one night... and what a view when you wake up: the forest, a huge blue sky and the lake. About one kilometre outside the village there is a grocery shop, bakery and post office. The bread is magnificent and the welcome very friendly. We would do it again.
Be careful: there is absolutely no shade if you arrive before 7 p.m.... it is just a dusty car park!
Out of season and with overcast weather, it is possible to stay in the car park near the lake. We spent the night there. This car park is nicer than the one below on the other side of the road.
Lovely pitch beside a little-used road. Very pleasant swimming. In September the lake is mainly visited by locals who come to cool off in the evening.
great quiet place near the lake. toilet.
Amazing spot! We parked by the lake as there were boulders in front of the motorhome section. Didn’t see anyone apart from one dog walker and a friendly fisherman in the morning. One toilet was unlocked. Lovely peaceful walks around the forest too!
Great for resting and spending the night in the nature park. There were some bathrooms, but they were closed. No noise at night. Plenty of space to stop, with no size restriction.
Located at an altitude of 500 metres, it is wonderfully peaceful. There is no view of the lake because it is below, but the place is perfect for sleeping. The service area—water and grey- and black-water disposal—is in the village of Campagnac and is free, but parking there is not permitted. Thank you to the town hall for this service.
We spent a quiet night with very little traffic. Toilets and bins are provided.
