Lakeside parking, winter access poor

A lakeside parking area beside the road, with a sandy beach and space to park. Weekend music and dancing can bring activity, while traffic causes some night noise. The toilet was reported to be quite full, and the area is not usable in winter because snow is not cleared.

Actually probably a very beautiful parking area, but unfortunately unusable in winter because the snow is not cleared there.
