A spacious, peaceful stop beside a river, with nearby swimming, a homemade dry toilet, a rustic cold shower and a washing-up point. There is no electricity, and payment is by voluntary contribution; recent visitors gave 15€ per night. Entry is via the bridge, and the barrier is closed overnight, so late entry is not possible. The place is surrounded by nature and suitable for a quiet overnight stay or several days.

A peaceful place beside the river. Peaceful nights surrounded by fireflies. Boyan is a very pleasant man with whom you can have a chat, and he is always available to help. We spent several days there and highly recommend it. There is a shower and a dry toilet if you do not want to use your own facilities. Considering the camping options in Slovenia, this is the best alternative.
A very beautiful campsite in nature, right next to a lovely place to swim in the river. The owner seems eccentric, but he is really nice and came by in the evening to collect a donation. We gave him €15, as there is also a homemade composting toilet and a rustic shower. We would definitely come back!
Beautiful, peaceful place. You can recognize the owner by his long beard; he comes over after a while, and you can decide for yourself how much to contribute. We gave €15 per night. Only a cold shower and toilet are available. No electricity. All in all, a peaceful place where you can spend the night comfortably.
Very large, well-maintained site. We did not need any services. We spent two peaceful nights and were able to walk to Tolmin.
Certainly an unusual place, but ideal with decent facilities if you accept the natural setting. Cold shower, washing-up area, dry toilet, plenty of space, very close to a swimming spot, and a flawless welcome from our host. An ideal place to settle down for one night or more.
Friendly owner. If you need somewhere to spend the night and a portable toilet is enough for you, this is an ideal place, right next to Sečny. We barbecued, and there is a small area where children can play. It operates on a donation basis for the owner.
Nice place, friendly character. We are self-sufficient and did not need anything. Homemade toilet and shower. There are plenty of spaces, and the night was quiet. Go under the bridge, then immediately left; the gentleman is at the back and will show you where to park. Valfred
Great spot. We were given a sock in which to put our donation. The owner is a great guy who only seems a little unusual at first glance. He lowers the barrier at night, so you have to wait until he opens it again in the morning. The site was full when we were there. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the location. Great swimming spot nearby!
Dream spot!!! For one or two nights—such a lovely host. There is a toilet, shower and washing-up area, all built by him himself. Small but cozy. We stayed one night with a dog and felt very comfortable. River for swimming about a 100-meter walk away. The entrance is a little narrow, but manageable with a motorhome. Very quiet in the evening, friendly guests, fantastic! Definitely leave a small donation.
Free donation—level site with shower and toilet. Water for washing dishes. Very kind host. If you stay more than one or two nights, you should make a more appropriate contribution. The water is not rainwater; it comes from the very clean, fresh river.
Absolutely quiet, very close to a swimming spot. Just behind the bridge toward the campsite, there is a fantastic swimming spot on the left. You can watch the sunset at the site in the evening. Fantastic, with a lovely owner.
Incredible... finding a campsite in Slovenia for a voluntary contribution is a small miracle. Many thanks to the host. If you mainly need a place to spend the night near the Soča and do not need electricity or other campground amenities, this meadow is ideal. Thank the owner with a contribution of your choosing... this country needs more people like him.
The site is perfect. It is peaceful, and the owner is a very pleasant person with whom you can have wonderful conversations. His concept enriches everyone. There should be more places like this! Staying in nature is excellent, and the location right by the river invites water activities and is a good starting point for exploring the region.
Wonderful night and breakfast in the company of Bojac (I hope that is how it is spelled!). Places like this are rare gems to preserve forever as memories! Green space, simple living, clean compost toilet, shower, sink with water, positive energy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
A little hidden gem! Perfect if you want to save money & stay in nature. The owner is a kind soul with a quirky, Ram Dass-style grandpa vibe. Simple sustainable & clever shower, wash station & compost toilet. Plenty of space for vans/tents. Soča River is a 5-min walk. We stayed 3 nights, donated some € & a small gift (we would recommend 10-20) So grateful places like this exist. Highly Recommend!
A haven of peace where Bob shares his philosophy of simplicity. Dry toilet, solar shower and washing-up area ingeniously designed by him. Here, you learn to conserve water and live with only the essentials, in the heart of nature. An inspiring place that encourages self-sufficiency and respect for the environment. DomAnto motorhome.
Beautiful, peaceful place. Short walk to the water. The owner is a little eccentric but very nice. We were also able to make a donation via PayPal.
A meeting, a place, everything is perfect.
Super cool place in keeping with the natural setting. A wonderful meadow directly by the river and a cool host! Please leave him a donation as a thank-you. PS: The barrier is closed in the morning. If you want to leave early, you should mention it to the owner in the evening :)
Look deep into nature and you will understand everything better
Wonderful place by the river, situated in a quiet and charming meadow. A composting toilet is available. Peace and quiet. Very nice owner.
It's awesome to see how you can live one with nature. Compost toilet and river showers. The best! Respect this place and it's nature around it the same as the owner does. Amazing.
The owner likes the barrier down when he is not there. But he is happy to leave it unlocked, so you can raise it yourself at any time if you want to leave early. Site has compost toilet and a sink with hosepipe that is fed by rainwater.
Unfortunately, the operator is excessively restrictive about departure times. The barrier, which was closed in the evening, was only opened at 10:15 this morning. This should be taken into account when planning your trip.
We stayed here for two nights. Super-friendly operator, and a good starting point for a hike. Great for a large van, but less suitable for large motorhomes.
