This small car park sits beside Lough Corrib, offering beautiful lake views, grass, picnic tables and a beach for swimming. Overnight stays are possible, but there are no services and the ground is not flat everywhere. It is generally calm at night, although the nearby road can be noisy.

Certainly one of the most beautiful places. I spent two days here. There is little traffic on the adjacent road. Picnic tables, lawn, and a swimming beach.
Very beautiful view of the lake. A few cars in the evening, people enjoying the scenery, dog walks... Quite calm at night, but the nearby road is still fairly noisy. Earplugs make it manageable!
We stayed overnight. Beautiful lake view and some benches, but no trash bin.

Lovely view and very peaceful surroundings... You can swim and, with a bit of luck, even rent a kayak!
