Very kind; he let us use his facilities for £5.
Lovely relaxed campsite. Owners friendly and went beyond what we expected. Nice large hard standing and grass pitches with optional EHU. Two large new showers, two new toilets, washing up area, fresh water point, grey drain and Elsan point all in the one block. Loads of room for kids to play. Nice fishing or walking area around the fishery. All for £18 pn for two adults non EHU pitch.
The owners are kind and the value for money is excellent: £18 for a motorhome, two adults and a small child, without electricity. I rate it 4/5 because the pitches are not assigned, which leads to arguments with neighbours. We were told to park wherever we wanted, leaving 8 metres from others. As soon as we parked, some rather pushy locals made us move because their granddaughter had to ride her bicycle in front of their caravan and needed more space, even though cycling between pitches is forbidden.
we were turned away for not having booked. the site is acres of empty grass. there's a good pub down the road with free parking.
a beautiful meadow and a very large park, the day was noisy but the night was quiet, the operators were super nice
Large meadow with around 100 pitches. Most of them are without electricity. Very friendly welcome and good explanation. There are two small fishing ponds, mainly stocked with carp and various coarse fish. We stayed one night without electricity. That was fine. The road directly beside the site is clearly audible.
Attention! The entrance comes considerably earlier; the satnav sends you to a private car park. Very nice owner! The site is great—a large meadow, and we had plenty of space on all sides. Dogs are very welcome; the owners have one themselves. Only two toilets and two showers. The toilet was fine, but unfortunately the shower had a lot of mould on the ceiling. Good price.
Beautiful, green place with plenty of space. Unfortunately, there was no electrical hookup available. We paid £15 for the night and shower. Very friendly staff, with a small fishing area where you can cast your rods. Very quiet at night.
Charming grassy site, friendly hosts and a good price.
Nice campsite, £14 for one night without electricity. Showers extra. All services. You park on the grass if you do not need electricity. The entrance is through the fishing farm. Call to get the barrier code.
Excellent sanitary facilities. Enormous amount of space. Very quiet.
