Spacious lakeside site, traffic noise

A functional place without shade. Card payment only!

Pitch close to the town center and lake, as well as a supermarket. Quite quiet at night, but there are few pitches, so arrive early.

The pitches are large and easily accessible with a motorhome of 8 m or more. There is a bakery and a supermarket chain just opposite, 70 m away. The lake is very easy to reach on foot in 15 minutes, and for cycling you are 5 m from the BG cycle paths. Very clean public toilets are 150 m away. Perfect for us. Thank you to the municipality.

One of the few sites in the area, very clean, and the toilets located some distance away are also clean. This morning the farmer worked his crop directly behind the site, causing some disturbance. Opposite there is Penny, a drinks shop and a bakery. The town, with its restaurants, is easily reachable on foot!

andersong (see below, 18 May) is right! I have now been waiting since 6 May 2026 for the refund of €14. Despite several emails and phone calls and assurances that the money would be transferred immediately, I still haven't received anything. We are annoyed!

Very nicely laid-out site. Quite noisy due to road traffic, and also quite expensive. Very good shopping options.

Payment at the machine by card. Electricity and water require an additional service card. Unfortunately, there are VERY frequent problems with refunds. In my case, €15 (€10 card deposit plus unused credit). The problem is known, but the municipality does nothing. You have to request the refund through the local tourist office. And then wait... after three weeks I still haven't received any money.

Because of a sandblasting company within earshot, this site has no appeal for us. The noise continues from morning to evening, including Saturdays. No peace and therefore no relaxation. We will avoid this site in the future.

Top motorhome site, I can only recommend it.

Nice motorhome site, supermarket opposite. Quiet at night.

A beautiful, clean site. Not exactly cheap, but one of the few motorhome sites in the area. The nearby road did not bother us. Shopping facilities are very close, as are clean public toilets.

The site is directly beside the road, but at night it is fine. The municipality does everything to keep motorhomes away. Parking outside the motorhome pitches is prohibited everywhere. Thanks to the friendly municipal officer who came by in the morning, the site gets a few more stars.

The price is not for 24 hours, but only until noon the following day.

Very clean site, EC card payment possible. We paid €22 for two people without electricity—quite expensive. The road is quiet at night; from 6 a.m. the supermarket is supplied, which you can hear.

We stayed one night and it was very good. Right in front there is a café-bakery and a supermarket. The lake is a very pleasant 15-minute walk away, and we swam in the lake.

A beautiful, new motorhome site directly at the entrance to town, next to an apple orchard. Be careful: it is directly beside a busy road, which may be bothersome, although it did not bother us. A supermarket and bakery are opposite. The service facilities are newly built; water and electricity cost extra. There is also waste disposal. In our opinion, the tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night is rather expensive.

Nice place for one night. However, the price isn't really right. The toilets are also about a five-minute walk away. Overall, though, it is acceptable.

A nice place with access to electricity and water. There are good public toilets at the end of the large parking area, about 300 m away. Supermarket 100 m away.

Very good toilet building close by, supermarket opposite, and electricity, water, toilet flushing and grey-water drainage available. Everything is excellently arranged by the municipality.

Very nice, pure service use was easy. 10 cents and the water just kept running and running.... Very clean, excellent!

Payment with the Parkster app was not possible on 24/25 May 2025. The sign had been covered with duct tape, also elsewhere in town. I don't know whether it was a prank or official. Electricity requires a card (€10 deposit, €5 credit), available at the payment terminal. The deposit and remaining credit are refunded there. Water requires coins. Site okay.

Good, fairly new motorhome site with everything needed. 12 marked pitches, electricity, service facilities, waste disposal and Wi-Fi. Clean public toilets are about 150 m away. Shopping facilities opposite. About 800 m to the harbor. Good value for the Lake Constance district.

Everything is very cheap here. Unfortunately, that also attracts a certain kind of people....

A shame about the noise; otherwise four or five stars, but since it is a parking area on the A1, you cannot expect peace and quiet. In any case, traffic decreases late in the evening and at night only a few cars pass, so you can still sleep. The toilets are still under construction but look almost finished.
