Koblenzer Straße, 53945, Blankenheim
Been here?
This simple, fairly level gravel area is close to the picturesque town of Blankenheim and beside the Ahr. It costs 12 euros, with payment by coins or the EasyPark app, and the latest report says only rubbish disposal is included. Bus traffic and the nearby road can create noise, with the first bus at 05h30, although recent stays found the night quiet. The site is suitable for an overnight stay and early risers.

€12 to park on a dirt parking area. The only service included in the price is trash collection. No possibility to pay by card, so either you have €12 in coins or you use the EasyPark app, which charges €1.80 in fees. Noisy: the first bus comes at 5:30 a.m., and the road is very close. A dirt parking fee that effectively costs €14 because motorhomes are required to pay for 24 hours.Translating
Beautiful pitches in the middle of nature. In the evening it was very lively because of the adjacent car park and a small lake where a little festival with brass-band music was taking place. Very quiet at night. You can barely hear the coaches either.Translating
Very beautiful setting, water for €1, and the possibility of staying overnight with electricity. Honestly, excellent.Translating
Perfectly fine for one night. All water and disposal facilities are available. 24 hours: €9.20, either via the EasyPark app or at the coin machine at the end of the site.Translating
A simple, fairly level gravel lot. Frequent bus traffic, sometimes with engines running. The Ahr flows noisily beside the site. Payment: now €12, only in coins (although most coins simply fall through) or via the EasyPark app, then only €10.40 per day. Close to the pretty town of Blankenheim with good hiking opportunities.Translating
One of the best and most convenient motorhome sites in Europe, in our opinion.Translating
The site is quiet at night and in the morning; there is no more bus traffic here! Well located for visiting the pleasant little town.Translating
We thank the city for the opportunity to stay overnight and visit this beautiful town. The parking area is clean; let us keep it that way.Translating
Back again after a year at this peaceful place near a lovely little town with various terraces and restaurants. Parking can also be paid with the EasyPark app.Translating
We stayed quietly. Very few buses. Everything you need. The machine only accepts coins; cards did not work.Translating
We stayed here very peacefully for one night while passing through. Surrounded by trees, with everything you need. Very nice site. Best wishes, TravelmonikaTranslating
Everything you need is available. It was very quiet overnight. Very nicely located by the water and close to the town.Translating
The surface is a mixture of sand and clay, so it becomes very muddy when wet. Satellite reception is poor at times.Translating
The site itself is okay, with great hiking opportunities. Scheduled buses stop there. I wanted to spend one night there with my dog, away from the New Year's fireworks, but several fireworks were set off in the afternoon, so I drove on.Translating
We were here from December 30 to January 1, 2026. The site is okay overall; electricity was available, but black- and gray-water disposal was unavailable due to the temperature. What seriously affected our stay were the idiots who kept the entire town awake with loud firecrackers until the early hours of the morning. So never again here for New Year's Eve.Translating
Okay as a motorhome site, but in winter the black-water disposal is closed. Gray-water disposal is possible.Translating
Nice motorhome site! However, it is inconvenient that you can pay only with coins or a German bank card. Luckily, a kind fellow camper helped us out :). Contactless payment seems to be coming; the preparations are in place. The site is beautiful and very quiet, even though it is packed with campers right now. We will definitely come back!Translating
Good motorhome site. Everything necessary is available cheaply. Monday and Tuesday are rest days, so almost all cafés and restaurants are closed. It was very quiet for us: no buses, no noise. Very nice people. €8 for a 24-hour parking ticket and authorized overnight stay is perfectly okay.Translating
Thanks to the city for providing places like this! Water and waste disposal, trash. Quick walk into town; a good starting point for hikes.Translating
Our first stop, on August 7. Easy to access and well signposted, close to a very pretty lake and the village, both reachable on foot in five minutes. Electricity, gray water, and cassette disposal are clean and accessible at the entrance to the site. We recommend this lovely discovery.Translating
Visiting this place was a surprise for us. Parking with electricity and a disposal area available for an additional charge (€0.80 per kWh). The little village is very pleasant. The small pond nearby is very pretty. Hiking is possible from the parking area. Very quiet at night. It is possible to pay for parking at the machine at the back of the lot. We paid €8 for the night.Translating
As described by the other campers. Site with electricity, and the beautiful town and Blankenheim Castle are within walking distance. Excellent for one night!Translating
The parking area is quiet; we had a good night's sleep. Good path for cycling and walking the dogs. There is a children's park. We paid €9.20 through the EasyPark app, but there is a payment machine and it costs €8 for 24 hours.Translating
Spacious, mostly level motorhome site; easy payment via EasyPark. The site apparently serves as a bus parking area, so it is correspondingly noisy during the day. Large trash containers; we did not use the water and disposal facilities. Nothing special, but okay for one night. Thank you!Translating
Not the prettiest place, but still a very good site! Everything you need is available. Good connection from the ring road toward the Ruhr region.Translating
Everything as previously described: very quiet, manageable occupancy. At the machine, the overnight stay costs €8, and there are public toilets on the side of the lake facing the town. Excellent.Translating
We arrived at the site after dark; the payment machine is somewhat hidden at night. It was a quiet night, and a bakery is a 10-minute walk away.Translating
A nice place from which to walk or cycle. It is a shame that you cannot pay with your bank card, so you need to collect euros for this place. The village could be very beautiful. We find it a little neglected.Translating
Great simple and quiet site with electricity. Nice for hiking, close to the center and right next to the small lake.Translating
