Eparchiaki Odos Vonitsas - Kandilas, 300 19, Alizia
Been here?
A grassy waterside spot by a beach chapel, with some flat areas and a few gravel sections where vehicles may get stuck. Access is generally easy, although ground clearance can be useful on the approach. The road is sometimes audible, and rubbish has been reported on one side of the beach. A fruit and vegetable seller may be very persistent in the morning.

Good, peaceful place in pleasant surroundings, very easily accessible.
I have loved this place for many years, but sadly, as a woman, I do not think I would feel comfortable there anymore. A man selling vegetables and fruit is there from early morning to harass you. Even though he remains friendly, he is extremely intrusive and keeps coming back.
Very pleasant place to spend the night, hidden from the road, with easy access for any vehicle, small or very large. You can indeed hear the road a little, but for us, in late October, it was very lightly trafficked during the day and even less at night. Recommended.
The place is peaceful despite some road noise. Lots of rubbish on one side of the beach. Flat, grassy area.
We arrived here today after passing several places we did not like. Regarding rubbish, yes, we collected some first. Otherwise, we are very satisfied. Remote, and the road cannot be heard. WARNING: The approach really requires ground clearance. Four-wheel drive is good but not necessary. You can see that after rain the access road becomes soft. Be careful!
We already knew this place from 2019. A peaceful spot by the chapel with a view of Mitikas. Fishermen and a herd of goats in the morning. We collected rubbish again and enjoyed the peace and atmosphere. It is a place for overnight stays, not for lingering. We would also recommend a maximum of two vehicles. The entrance requires ground clearance.
I think this place does not deserve the bad reviews. It is a peaceful spot with green grass directly by the beach. There is some rubbish, that is true. We collected a large bag and it immediately looked better! It is not really inviting for swimming, but you can still relax wonderfully. Short gravel access road that is quite steep; best to inspect it beforehand.
Full of rubbish. Not suitable for swimming because of the fish farming. There is a flat parking spot in front of the church though.
Currently inaccessible because a water leak has turned the road into an impassable quagmire. What a shame.
