Working disposal, winter water outage

Perfect, thank you very much to the municipality. Norway—use it and leave it clean for other people tomorrow.

We stayed one night. There are two car parks next to each other. The first costs NOK 630 per 24 hours, the one after it NOK 250 per 24 hours. The facilities are the same: none. If we look hard enough, the first has a paid toilet available to everyone, while the second has gray- and black-water disposal plus drinking water available to everyone. Quiet night. Five minutes' walk to the supermarket and restaurants. Bye.

I can confirm that everything worked perfectly. Grey- and black-water disposal, as well as fresh-water supply.

Great setup, access is easy. The fresh water is supposed to be drinkable but we found it to have a bad taste. As this happened everywhere on Lofoten no star subtraction as apparently this is normal here but we will stick to bottled.

DO NOT empty black water onto the ground drain, as there is a designated place for black water on the other side of the shed, as shown in the photos. Everything worked well.

Great free spacious dump and fresh water re-fill at the hut at far end of the road which passes the parking areas, no need to drive into those. Next to where Hurtigruten boat moored up. Toilet empty in covered hut, fresh water in side of wall, waste water drain at the end of building

Everything works well! Theres a hose for fresh water, so thats less of a hassle than at other places, where we have to attach our own. Would recommend! Most of the rubbish bins are closed though, but you can get rid of regular rubbish (not glass, paper, etc)

Because of the snow, we couldn’t find a grate for emptying the grey water. We used a bucket and emptied it into the cassette-toilet drain. Drinking water available.

There is fresh water again. The station is great and clean. The service hut is behind the parking area; you don’t need to drive into the parking area for it.

Only toilet and grey-water emptying available; drinking water not working. Free. Rubbish bins closed. Be careful not to enter the parking area: it is very expensive and cameras record license plates!

After 3 weeks of travelling, we can confidently say this was the best and easiest place to fill up water - 135ltrs in 2min 45seconds! Can also empty toilet cassette and grey water. If you’re in the area, it’s worth the stop to experience the absolute gusher of a water hose. Get in!
