Large motorhomes can stay, and nights are usually quiet despite the nearby road. Weekend picnics can make it busy, while traffic and nearby train tracks may disturb light sleepers.

Wonderful view with lots of swans. Road noise not too bad at night considering you are right beside it. Bins but some rubbish. Lots of picnic benches.
Great view, plenty of space, unfortunately quite busy in weekends with people coming to picnic/grill. It clears out in the evening/night. The other small issue is the traffic noise. If you are a light sleeper, that might be a problem. Main road and train tracks are close-by. Otherwise great spot for one night while visiting the area!
Quiet place to spend the night, with a beautiful view and tables.
Public parking area with tables, benches, and rubbish bins. To the right is a small bar with a terrace overlooking the lake and a very friendly owner. We parked to the right of the bar, where the children’s carousel is; it was a little more pleasant than by the tables. Unfortunately, the main road is only 20 meters away, but it is tolerable at night. The wonderful view makes up for it.
