Rue des Escoumes, 66320, Vinça
Been here?
A flat, wind-exposed daytime parking area for 2 vehicles, without shade or services, with impressive views over Vinça, the village and Mount Canigó. It is very quiet and suitable for walkers, although the approach road is in poor condition and the final climb is steep but manageable for a van. Thursdays in July/August feature a tapas evening at the Vinça cooperative winery. No camping.

Nice spot to spend a peaceful day.
Very good spot for a day with views of the mountains and village. After taking the sharp turn, continue to the small ramp on the left. Don’t hesitate to go 30 m farther, where the ground is flat near the vineyards.
I spent a quiet night with a magnificent view over Vinça below. Some dog walkers recommended the spot just before the final climb; indeed, the view was more open there. Easy climb with my old Vito. A few joggers in the morning.
Beautiful spot in a quiet location, with many very friendly passers-by. The access is a little rough, but worth the effort. Recommended.
Very peaceful place, ideal for spending a night. The land may be private. We arrived after dark and met a hunter protecting his vineyards from wild boar. He allowed us to stay for the night as long as we left everything as we found it—which should always be the case; leave no trace! In the morning, a few cars and walkers pass along the nearby path. The access road has potholes and is not in very good condition, but it is passable with a van.
Perfect for secluded nights. Friendly locals walk their dogs, exercise, or simply enjoy the view. We stayed for two nights, and the bumpy approach is worth it. A little farther than shown in the pictures, there is a better parking spot.
I love this spot, thank you. Peaceful, with a superb view and wonderful sunsets. A shaded place in the evening, the dog free to roam, and very friendly locals.
Very nice spot, beautiful view, peaceful, with a few neutral or friendly passers-by in the morning. I recommend it.
Perfect for one night. The climb is manageable with a T605 motorhome.
Very beautiful, peaceful, clean spot, facing the vineyards and in full sun in the morning. From the heights, there is a view over Vinça and the surrounding mountains. A few hikers and cyclists. No facilities. Rough road for 5 metres. Manageable with our Ford Transit van.
Superb view and clean place.
Great spot at the viewpoint. However, be careful: I went up with an H2 Boxer and branches scraped the roof and sides. Quite a lot of traffic on Saturday evening.
