Been here?
A secluded picnic spot beside a river, with picnic tables, a rubbish bin and access to the grass for parking beside a table. The descent is very steep and can make returning difficult even on dry ground. The setting is charming and private, but recent conditions included dry grass, abundant cow manure, cows and flies. A petrol station and restaurant are nearby.

Steep descent, but a secluded place where you have privacy, with picnic tables, bins, and the river.
Careful, the descent is very steep; it was difficult to get back up even on dry ground. A charming and very peaceful place. When I visited (October 1, 2025), the meadow was not green as in the photo, but dry and covered in cow manure. During the day and night I was accompanied by a herd of cows and their flies. I did not mind, but it could bother others.
