A large roadside parking area at the top of a tunnel, offering an excellent mountain view. It is suitable for a quiet overnight stop, with nearby walks and dog-walking routes. The route has been blocked by snow at times, and a recent report found the place lovely for walking and stopping.

What a lovely stop… we walked to the nearest peak shown on Gaia GPS & may do another walk before we go. No reindeer yet but hoping .Translating

Beautiful, quiet place to stay. A side road is currently being resurfaced with gravel, so from 8 a.m. onward it is no longer quiet, but once the construction is finished it will be a very beautiful place to stay. Beautiful view.... Thanks for the tip.Translating
Perfect for spending a quiet night here. Short hikes and dog walks start right beside the road. Wonderfully peaceful.Translating
There is really just big parking by the road, but the view is really amazing. Especially if you take the time to hike to some of the nearby peaks!Translating
