This mountain parking area at the bottom of the Mélézet valley is a starting point for hikes to Lake Sainte-Anne at an altitude of 2000 m. Campervan camping is currently reported as allowed from 18h to 9h, with terraced spaces and toilets. Some areas are difficult for vans, the access road is narrow, and the parking fills with hikers in the morning.

Parking for motorhomes or vans is now prohibited at night. The police patrol the area. Use one of the two campsites or the motorhome area near the new biathlon stadium instead.Translating
After walking all the way around the site, there was no sign prohibiting motorhomes at night, unlike further down in the valley.Translating
Mostly shaded parking. Some areas are difficult to access with a non-4x4 van. A starting point for magnificent hikes. A small stream is lovely for soaking your feet after the hike.Translating

The road to access the parking area is fine, narrow but without problems. The parking surface is poor, but if you enter via the exit into the motorhome area, it is quite good. Very quiet night; we even saw a deer, and there are very beautiful mountain trails.Translating
