Very pleasant little seaside campsite, perfectly equipped and ideally located for reaching Amsterdam by bus (25 minutes). From the campsite, you can cycle to Volendam, take the ferry to Marken, and cycle back to Edam. A superb stop on our holiday.✦Translating

Unfortunately, the price does not match. Yes, the pitches are large, but you are surrounded by seasonal campers who behave as if they own the site, walk across your pitch, block the paths with their cars and shout loudly. This makes you feel unwelcome. The lawn in front of the bathing beach is covered in duck droppings, so you have to watch exactly where you step.✦Translating

Very nice and well-maintained campsite, with exceptionally clean sanitary facilities. Pleasant surroundings for water sports, cycling and walking. ACSI rate was reasonable and reception was friendly. The only downside for us: dogs are not allowed.✦Translating

We stayed here for two nights. From the second night, €31 with ADAC discount—great. The team was very friendly and provided information and maps for excursions. Bread delivery service and a restaurant are available. The seasonal campers were also very friendly. The sanitary facilities were relatively new and very tidy. There is a bathing area that can be used.✦Translating

We were welcomed and shown around very warmly. The sanitary facilities were very clean despite the high occupancy at Easter. Edam is within walking distance and well worth seeing. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi costs extra. There is a restaurant, which we did not visit. Good value for money.✦Translating

Perfect campsite for visiting Edam and Volendam; Amsterdam can also be reached by public transport from Edam. The price is similar to other campsites in the area. There is a bathing area that I could not enjoy because of the weather, but in hot weather it would certainly be appreciated. The bathrooms and pitches are adequate.✦Translating
