Viewpoint parking, overnight prohibited

The place is really lovely with a beautiful view. I came in a rooftop tent on a somewhat low Seat, but I got through without any problem. I didn't have any mosquitoes, but apparently neither did my kitten? Another advantage is that there is really plenty of space.

The spot is magnificent and accessible via a stone and gravel track. The view is beautiful, with a 360-degree panorama. There is indeed a little cat that comes asking for cuddles and food. It is magical. However, the gendarmerie came at 9:50 p.m. to tell us we could not sleep there. They were issuing a warning and told us that another patrol would come early in the morning to issue fines. So we left.

The gendarmes came by to warn us; the entire southern Ardèche is a no-wild-camping zone. But otherwise, it is a superb place.

A beautiful, peaceful spot with a magnificent view and plenty of space to settle in and enjoy nature. The icing on the cake is the site’s owner, an adorable little black cat, who gently comes to collect his tax—a little water, a cuddle, and a meal! A simple and magical moment.

Great view, very quiet, and you may find some shade. The only drawback, and a significant one, is an impressive number of mosquitoes! We couldn't sleep there.

We have just spent two days here, since our first visit in August 2021. Still as perfect, peaceful, and wonderful as ever. Let's all preserve this little piece of paradise.

Really top-notch spot! The view is sublime, access is very easy, and the area is large enough that vehicles do not get in one another's way. However, it is quite exposed to the wind when it blows strongly.

Peaceful place with plenty of space. We were three vans here overnight and others a little farther away. Little shade, but a lovely smell of wild thyme.

Great night. Four spaces where you are not too close to one another, and more beyond. Set back from a busy road during the day, though it is not very bothersome thanks to the sound of the wind; quiet in the evening. Three great vans, one noisy one, sigh. It is also a shame that some people ignore discretion and use the nearby nature as a toilet: shovels exist, and a small van can be self-sufficient. Please preserve our environment and the little freedom we have left ;)

Space, lots of space... but at 10 p.m. someone had to come and park less than 5 meters away! Otherwise, a great spot with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Ideal if you have a dog. Clean place, easy access, but absolutely no shade.
