Golf car park, overnight prohibited

We parked our van in the reception area nearby and enjoyed this magnificent view all day, as well as the splendid Faraid Head walk. Overnight parking is clearly prohibited in this parking lot, but it is possible at the cemetery parking lot 100 meters away. We slept there last night and are staying another night.

Great parking lot for a daytime stop. We enjoyed the beautiful view over lunch. You can also maneuver well here with large motorhomes.

Wonderful spot with stunning view. We just had a lunch in the van but the beach is so lovely.

I parked my motorhome at the reception area very close by and was walking here when I saw that three motorhomes were parked at 7 p.m., obviously to spend the night, despite the clearly visible yellow prohibition sign. A ranger came over to ask whether one of these vehicles was mine. He is waiting for their owners, who risk an £80 fine.

Car Park as the end of the road, says No Overnight Parking! Was about to leave when a Highland Council Ranger pulled up and said it was fine as we looked responsible. Did add never park in Cemetery car park. Space for 4 vans, lovely sea view…
