38 Bürgermeister-Haupt-Straße, 23966, Wismar
Been here?
This is now essentially a parking area beside the Wonnemar rather than the advertised 10 to 12 motorhome pitches. Only 3 - 4 motorhomes can squeeze along the edge, with no electricity, water or disposal facilities. The charge has been reported as 16 € for an overnight stay, while the payment system can be confusing; the city and harbour are about 1,5 km away.

We did not stay. We paid €2.50 for nothing, just drove one lap around the parking lot.Translating
Impossible, noisy parking area with a city-bus turning circle. Rip-off company from Stuttgart! Pay €16 at the swimming pool. It is impossible to enter the parking ticket into the complicated machine. Fine of €50. The area is disfigured and confusing because of 25 blue parking signs!Translating
We cannot confirm the complaints. The staff explains everything, and the pool is excellent, with a swimming pool, thermal baths, and sauna—recommended! Quiet overnight stay. Neukloster is a great alternative at the same price in the low season.Translating
We drove to the site at night because all the other nearby places were occupied. At 4:00 a.m. we were jolted awake because local youths gathered in the parking lot and shouted. The payment system is not only confusing; for the period from 2:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., we had to pay €20 instead of the advertised €15 overnight rate. Never again.Translating
A little expensive but convenient for visiting the city.Translating
Perfectly okay for one night! The town and harbor are 1.5 km away via a lovely walking path. The toilet can be used during opening hours. Unfortunately, no showers. We had a quiet night.Translating
I can only agree with Tina. The parking area no longer exists. Three to four motorhomes can squeeze along the side. Nevertheless, Wonnemar charges €16 for overnight parking without any services such as electricity, waste disposal, or water.Translating
The only advantage is that it is next to the swimming pool. Of the alleged 10–20 spaces for motorhomes or caravans, none remain because of the construction site and waste area, beside which we had to park, even though this had been confirmed to us by phone. Completely overpriced. €15 from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m.; one minute later, the fine is immediately €30. During the day, it costs €1 for swimming-pool visitors.Translating
Shameful. Not a motorhome site, but a car park for the swimming pool. Supposedly €15 for 24 hours. We were there from 5 p.m. to 1 p.m. and paid €37.50 for noise, cars blocking us in, people complaining, and nothing else. Incredibly outrageous. This really ruined this beautiful city for us. Not recommended. Any supermarket car park is better. Never again.Translating
Relatively close to the city centre. Great with a dog, as you are immediately in the countryside. You pay €16 for one night. In return you get: A solid surface. Otherwise: nothing! Unbelievable!!!!!Translating
Very expensive car park. €15 from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. Every hour before or after this period costs an additional €2.50. If another space is available, it is better to use that one.Translating
We wanted to park here to explore the beautiful city. Unfortunately, we found that the parking fee had been increased to €2.50 per hour, with overnight parking costing an additional €15.00. No day ticket available. Not recommended!!! A clear NO.Translating
There are currently no motorhome spaces; there is a construction site there. However, we were allowed to stand in the bus area. The cost of €15 per night for a plain car park without any infrastructure such as electricity is outrageous.Translating
Chargeable since 19 January 2024; entry and exit monitored by camera. In my opinion, this is not a motorhome site but a car park for people who want to visit the swimming pool.Translating
Unfortunately only four stars. Currently free, but cars park around you and block you in.Translating
We parked tucked away at the back and it was a lovely peaceful night right next to the park walk for the dog, 20 minutes walk from the old town centre.
A busy site. We were not directly by the car park and had a pleasant, quiet night. The old town and harbour are easily accessible.Translating
